1/28/26 ordered Tomato Basil BLT at drive-thru 1:22pm only few cars in line. Bacon in sandwhich was not cooked. Different type of bread toasted would have been better. When I got home cooked bacon in air fryer and toasted bread. Weight for order was 30 minutes. No senior discount offered. First and last visit to this location. Have gone to other Panera locations and much better service.

They charge extra for there food to have a delivery service pick it up. Im so sick of this crap and all places that do this get one star from me. I urge everybody to follow suit, so these companies will stop gouging us when it actually benefits them to have a delivery service pick up. I get the the app has to make money and the drivers. Thats added by the apps we use. But there's no reason for Panera to make their food more expensive to have a driver pick it up especially since if I were to pick it up myself, there wouldn't be a charge. It's just extra gouging. If anything not having people in the store is a convenience for the establishment and saves them money. I should get a discount for having somebody pick it up.

This is new in town. Matter of fact, we had to double check the location. It's behind another building, so it's not visible from 410. We used Chipotle as our marker. Easy in and easy out. This is a smaller restaurant than others, but it's a great addition to the neighborhood. It may be closer that the one at the Outlet Collection. The only concern was the background music. If it would be a bit lower. I don't need or care to hear the words clearly as if I'm at a concert. They could turn it off and I'd be happy. Plenty of outlets if you want to spend some time here and need to charge a phone or computer. I'll move the rating to 5-stars if the sound level is lower. My attendance with never make a restaurant a success, so I'll add you to our regular places for the summer.

The gentleman with red hair working the rapid pickup counter needs to learn how to be nice to customers. He seems to be annoyed by the job and definitely standoffish. Another customer came up and said they didn’t receive an item and he quickly said go see the cashier. No one, besides the cashier was smiling. The vibes are not pleasant.

I’m so happy with the service we had and the new location in general! Everyone was so kind and working really hard. We went the night of a neighborhood power outage and everyone was just busting it out and were still so kind and hospitable despite the huge mob of people needing food, power, and warmth. They just did such a great job.

This is the second time I've ate here and it's the second time my sandwich had very little meat. Chili was really good. Cost $70 for 4 of us to eat. Shouldn't be skimping on meat with those prices.

Update: they are open and provide great service.
Many locations in the area struggle to provide quality service. So far this one seems to be getting things right.

Was really disappointed by the avocado toast breakfast items and the coffee tasted watery. That said, the soups and sandwiches have been great.

Edit: Have been eating here very often since initial review, and it’s been great. They’re pretty often a few minutes late getting pickup orders ready but they issue $2 credits automatically if it’s more than a couple minutes late so I think that’s fair. They get big credit from me for being “as advertised”. In my experience, they are consistent and reliable. The one time (out of dozens) that I had an issue with my order I contacted support and they applied a generous credit to my account to make up for it.

All this praise is really for their lunch and dinner menu. I remain unimpressed by their breakfast, coffee, and smoothies and would suggest skipping those.

Food was great as always but while standing waiting for our order. The bench infront for the counter window was full of staff sitting no where for customers to sit and wait comforterbly . Also I get there a teenagers working there but being on your phone and doing nothing to help others is very unprofessional . Talking about what you did last night loudly is not a welcoming dining experience. When going to South Hill we have never experienced this there.

Everything is perfect. Clean, Bright, Kind and friendly staff. I’m so happy Panera Bread opened here in Bonney Lake. It’s my favorite place and I used to go to Puyallup to have my favorite bread bowl. Now it’s here right in Bonny Lake. Brilliant. I was so excited and I accidentally bumped into the glass window thinking it was a door. Daisy, the young guest service girl came for my rescue and helped me settle.

Very excited for this new location! Everyone complaining about wait times for pick up and drive through...this is a new business. And frankly the wait is not remotely awful whatsoever. Learn to practice patience and grace and appreciate the work these people are putting in for you :)

Waited over 30 minutes after we paid to get our food. Not impressive for a drive thru, especially a new one. Won’t be returning. Save your time and go somewhere else.
