Ordered two pizzas from this Papa Murphy’s location two days ago. One pizza was made correctly, but the second was completely wrong. I ordered an XL New York–style pizza with pepperoni and sausage and instead received a different pizza with an unfamiliar sauce that smelled very off (possibly white sauce or a different cheese). It was not what I ordered and not something I could eat.
I contacted both the store manager and Papa Murphy’s support to report the mistake. I was told they would not fix the error and refused to offer a refund or replacement. Since I’m a picky eater and it was trash day, I threw the incorrect pizza away.
When I called back the next day to follow up, the manager was rude and said that because I had thrown the pizza away, I was not eligible for a refund or replacement. This was extremely frustrating, considering the mistake was not mine.
I’m very disappointed with how this was handled. Receiving the wrong order is one thing, but refusing to take responsibility or provide any resolution is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning to this location.

My kids worked here during High School and had a great experience and we continue to order our favorites like Cowboy, taco and Bacon Chicken artichoke
