Been going here for well over a decade or two. Over the last year orders have been wrong, cold, late and now with automated phone lines completely unable to be corrected. I've been given coupons for every issue and when I go to redeem them the order is wrong and late again. If I order online there's a very clear way to make a pizza. You really shouldn't get every order wrong and it has in fact been every order.Edit: I was challenged by the location to order again and I'm pretty happy. I've actually ordered twice. Food came super quick, it was hot and it was correct. Thanks and keep up the good work!PS The kids say thank you

Pizza hut has always been our house favorite. We moved to bonney lake 3 years ago and literally every single time we order from this location something is wrong with the making of the food and 1/2 the time something was missing. Our pizzas are always under or over cooked. One time, whatever they did made the crust so hard i couldn't even bite through the pizza. The last two times they had to have cooked the breadsticks next to the cinnamon sticks because the far bread stick and the bottoms of the breadstick all had that cinnamon on it. I never had these problems at the kent locations.I dont want free coupons for the trouble, please just send someone to fix this location!

Worst Pizza Hut in the area, ordered food and the driver didn't even drop my order off when we chose contactless delivery. Called the store and the driver tried saying they left it at the door but we have a ring camera to show otherwise. Driver came back and we got our order, my pizza was missing chicken as well as had a long dark hair on it

For the last several months they have been using doordash for delivery. Food takes about 30 minutes longer then they estimate and food is cold.
My family used to order from this location a lot but the last two times they’ve really just fell off. All these reviews are true, they don’t really care about your order or the accuracy of it. We ordered such a simple pizza- Meat Lovers add Pineapple. That’s it. and both times they “forgot” and they didn’t even cut our cheese bread lol. I called asking for a refund and the lady was nice and wasn’t rude or anything, but we didn’t even get an apology or some kind of compensation. She said they could remake it and we could pick it up or we could do the refund so we i just nicely asked for the refund which is good. I just wish whoever was making the pizza actually cared or tried to make the order accurate. I work in the food industry so i understand it’s a lot of things that could’ve happened and sometimes it’s busy and crazy. It’s one thing if it’s every once in a while but to consecutively “forget” everytime we order… maybe accuracy should be focused on more in the future.

Save some money and get the cheapest frozen pizza you can find. Trust me, you'll have a better experience. It seems like every time we go to this place, they really screw up our pizzas. I haven't dined in, we order delivery. I'm gonna attach some photos of the Big New Yorker we received today, which will be the last time that we order from this place. They obviously don't care about the quality of the pizza that they present to the customer, which makes me wonder about how much they care about cleanliness where no one can see. I can no longer order food from this place and feed it to my kids with a clear conscience. If you give feedback, they just try to fix it with a free pizza. I don't want a free pizza, I want you to fix your restaurant. Whoever took this pizza and placed it into a box to be delivered to us should be fired immediately. This pizza had no sauce, no cheese, and about 1/4 of the advertised pepperoni. Never again!
