Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I don't normally leave Negative Reviews or any review, but I want to tell you about a recent HORRIBLE experience I had at the Red Robin in Bonney Lake. Our family decided to go there on the weekend, it was the second time we've been there. The first time it was good so we wanted to go again. We decided to go to Red Robin and I ordered the endless chicken Caesar salad with EVERYTHING. Other food ordered included a BLT sandwich with “extra bacon”. When my salad came I took one bite and COULD NOT EAT IT!! I'm guessing they put the chicken on the salad and then put the whole thing in the microwave because the lettuce was warm/hot (gross!) and the chicken was so tough you could hardly cut it with a knife! I couldn't even take one bite of the garbage and it didn't include all the “Everything” ingredients of the Caesar salad! It was missing croutons and other items. This was the “endless” Caesar salad??? I couldn't even get through the first plate much less the first bite!! My friend who ordered extra bacon on his BLT did not get the extra bacon, but it didn't matter because the bacon was also very, very tough to chew, I’m guessing it was also overcooked in the microwave!! Also, my friend ordered an alcoholic drink and he said it was very watered down and he did not taste the alcohol!!Needless to say our family is going to be going elsewhere from now on!! I left a tip because I figured it wasn’t the server’s fault the food was GARBAGE!!!

My boyfriend and I eat here pretty frequently and we always have good experiences. The food is always delicious. Tonight I ordered online and we accidently ended up missing an item! I called and spoke to the manager who was so sweet! She apologized and found a solution. They did get all our sauces and everything else we needed for a good dinner! They even wrote my name on some of my items and it was very cute!
Thank you to all the lovely staff there tonight, it got busy out of nowhere and you're doing great!

Went there with my family and Sara was so attentive and great. Her customer services skills were second to none and as a person who works I. Customer service it took all I had not to offer her a job in my industry. Great Job Sara!!!

Sara is absolutely amazing at Red Robin! She always goes above and beyond to ensure my order is perfect and keeps an eye on my drink and napkins. It’s truly a pleasure to have such attentive service!

Our experience here is almost always amazing! I can't always finish a full burger, but learned that you can order all the signature burgers as a petite burger. Just a little bit smaller, and perfect size for someone that doesn't eat as much.

I drive past 4 other Red Robins to come to the Bonney Lake location. It's the best I absolutely love getting to see all the great employees especially Kim, Bry, Sean & Denise. Every time I go in the food is always so good & looks just like the picture. My kiddos love that they offer bottomless frys & sherly temples. Best family dining in Bonney Lake

Never a disappointment. We love Bonney Lake Red Robin. Good food, friendly service and yummy milkshakes. The new bbq pulled pork nachos are delicious. We will definitely get them again.

Red Robin as a restaurant is usually pretty good but the Bonney Lake location is probably the best of the best!! The food is always good and their waitstaff is PHENOMENAL !

Today I decided to take my son out for dinner. I ordered the whiskey river bbq chicken sandwich. It was horrible raw. It took me three bites to notice. I don't understand how the kitchen staff can mess something up like a chicken sandwich. My son was also disgusted after seeing how raw the sandwich was. He didnt finish his meal either. Also, all you did for me was take the sandwich off the bill. You should have comped the whole order. Get your crap together. If I get sick I'm suing so get ready...

Today I ordered the BLTA croissant. This is a bacon, lettuce, tomato, turkey, and avocado sandwich. It was very flavorful and light. The sweet potato fries are so tasty as well. The restaurant was busy and slightly loud. The service was alright, but nothing that stood out. I enjoy the variety of options on the menu at Red Robin and will definitely visit again.

2 burgers for $47 is outrageous
