Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Ordered the tavern double, extra onions and extra pickles, bottomless fries and soda for $9.99. Fries were great, soda was soda when it finally came. Burger had a scrap of onion and only 1 little lonely pickle could be found. They could have done a little better job with the burger order, but it was still delicious. The wait staff was a little on the slow side and needed to be reminded a few times that we needed this or that. Overall, I would say it was a satisfying visit for less than you'd spend at McDoolittles.

Had a bad experience with a take out order being incorrect and cold. Manager was understanding and helpful to make it right for me! Thanks for making things better. My in restaurant orders are always great.

Very small location witha bunch of over cramped tables. The server will disaapear for the whole time you are there. The food taste kind of cheap for what you are paying. The worst part is I am still hungery from the small burger and small single portion of fries they offer for over 20 bucks.

We always have a goodntime at Red Robin! Im looking forward to the lighted Parade that passes in front of the Lakewood WA location! A good reason to eat there is the parade.

This Red Robin in Bonney lake are the worst for service and not very caring about their customers. Try to dine in and have a large group. We found a better place and lot better food. We are done with red ribbon never again

We have been here in the past and didn’t have a great experience but tonight was total opposite. If I could give them a million stars I would they were bringing out our drinks and appetizer before our waiter finished taking our and she was fast at taking our order. All of the customization that we did on our order was correct. Didn’t have to ask for refills Kim was on her A game. We were not disappointed at all tonight.. I’m glad that we decided to go there tonight and we were a party of 5… thank you Bonney lake Red Robin you rocked it !!!

Buss boy had a Afro and was carrying the 3 foot food platter on his shoulder watched 5-6 orders of food with his hair stuffed in the food brought ours out same thing. I let the waitress know and she said he was wearing a hair net. He wasn’t. Pretty clear to see there wasn’t a hair net.
