Buss boy had a Afro and was carrying the 3 foot food platter on his shoulder watched 5-6 orders of food with his hair stuffed in the food brought ours out same thing. I let the waitress know and she said he was wearing a hair net. He wasn’t. Pretty clear to see there wasn’t a hair net.

We ate here for my husband's birthday and paid $74 for a small appetizer, two burgers, and food poisoning. Not only did they ruin my husband's birthday but we paid them to do it.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this location, perhaps even the entire chain.

My first visit to this location. We came in about 1130 am just after opening. We were sat down quickly and received drinks fast. The service was great. I ordered the fish n chips, ( cod ) it was a 4 out of 10. But as my reviews suggest,I am a fish n chip connoisseur! lol! My other half had a terrific double cheeseburger and he said very delicious crispy steak fries, just perfect for his taste. All in all good service and location is perfect for a quick drop in lunch or dinner. I would recommend this location.

I don't normally leave Negative Reviews or any review, but I want to tell you about a recent HORRIBLE experience I had at the Red Robin in Bonney Lake. Our family decided to go there on the weekend, it was the second time we've been there. The first time it was good so we wanted to go again. We decided to go to Red Robin and I ordered the endless chicken Caesar salad with EVERYTHING. Other food ordered included a BLT sandwich with “extra bacon”. When my salad came I took one bite and COULD NOT EAT IT!! I'm guessing they put the chicken on the salad and then put the whole thing in the microwave because the lettuce was warm/hot (gross!) and the chicken was so tough you could hardly cut it with a knife! I couldn't even take one bite of the garbage and it didn't include all the “Everything” ingredients of the Caesar salad! It was missing croutons and other items. This was the “endless” Caesar salad??? I couldn't even get through the first plate much less the first bite!! My friend who ordered extra bacon on his BLT did not get the extra bacon, but it didn't matter because the bacon was also very, very tough to chew, I’m guessing it was also overcooked in the microwave!! Also, my friend ordered an alcoholic drink and he said it was very watered down and he did not taste the alcohol!!Needless to say our family is going to be going elsewhere from now on!! I left a tip because I figured it wasn’t the server’s fault the food was GARBAGE!!!

My boyfriend and I eat here pretty frequently and we always have good experiences. The food is always delicious. Tonight I ordered online and we accidently ended up missing an item! I called and spoke to the manager who was so sweet! She apologized and found a solution. They did get all our sauces and everything else we needed for a good dinner! They even wrote my name on some of my items and it was very cute!
Thank you to all the lovely staff there tonight, it got busy out of nowhere and you're doing great!

Went there with my family and Sara was so attentive and great. Her customer services skills were second to none and as a person who works I. Customer service it took all I had not to offer her a job in my industry. Great Job Sara!!!

Sara is absolutely amazing at Red Robin! She always goes above and beyond to ensure my order is perfect and keeps an eye on my drink and napkins. It’s truly a pleasure to have such attentive service!
