I kept getting emailed about the $10 Tuesday burgers but I found out its only for Dine In. We needed Togo today. A lot of stores using the same lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Could probably be done, but it would be tight. Only 2 handicap spots.

Wife and I were craving a burger, so we hit Red Robin Bonney Lake. BIG MISTAKE!The floors were slimy, the electronics on the table were filthy. Long wait for a Reds Double burger that was so bad I can't even describe it. I'm not sure what was in this burger, but it was frightful.I asked the server to call the manager to our table. A few minutes later she showed up. I showed her the burger and she said "Oh that looks like cheese. Do you want me to make you anther one?" We'd already been there for 45 minutes; no way am I waiting for another burger after seeing this one. The manager never apologized or even seem overly concerned and left the our table. Our server was very apologetic and friendly. It was clear that she was embarrassed.That will be our last trip to Red Robin.

Update 11/04/2020:Ok, completely different experience this time. Service was awesome. Plenty of staff and they were right there before you even had to ask for anything. Food was delicious as usual. Early fries showed up after our entrees. Napkins came after I was completely done with my meal. Food is good and prices are good. Staff is nice, just not very good. SorryRestaurant is on the smaller side for a Red Robin but decent. Staff is friendly. The hostess stand is right in front of the outside door so there are always traffic jams coming in/leaving. Food is good and wait times are pretty average. Not a bad joint overall.
