Pricing for food is fair and Sonic offers a variety of food that other fast food places do not. I ordered Coney Island dog and the chili was burnt and they did not put very much on the hot dog at all and the hot dog tasted like it was cooked very rapidly.

Person taking the order was absolutely rude and rushed us Sunday Aug 3rd not sure if it was the same lady but came to our car and was even more ruder and the food ended up being cold anyways not worth my time to ever go back here

We order our food and we got our food delivered and we check on our order and notices that there’s an item missing but I guess I should have notice since the young person when delivering the food ask us if we wanted our receipt today which it may be strange in some establishment but we said yes we want our receipt so we press the button on the ordering screen and the young person answered and we let them know that there’s a missing item and the employee response was “ that not possible I put them on a white bag” which I responded as yes we got the white bag but they have onion rings which was an item we ordered so she ask what was the missing item so we let them know it was small order of cheddar pepper which her response was “ no that not possible let me come out and check” and I said okay so I proceeded to take everything out of the one bag that they stuff with the order and when she came out and approach my vehicle all she asked what was the item missing which we told her it was a small order of cheddar pepper which we did end up getting them from the employee. As customers I’m sure no one is going to appreciate being called a liar over a small order of cheddar pepper or any other items if we paid for the entirety of our order and you as the employee made a mistake it okay but what is not okay is to call your customers liars over something they rightfully paid for.

The app never wants to work for me so therefore I don't get the discounts. They won't honor it either.

We find most food items on the menu to be fairly bland and doesn't stack up to similar fast food chains with the exception of some of their drinks and desert options.

Even their potato products are low in salt and flavor.

Their drive-through can be painfully slow. We have sat as the only car there for 10 minutes plus for small orders.

We tend to only eat here when we are at a business next to it and still normally come away wondering why we didn't just drive to something with more flavor.

Not too attentive to service or orders! I ordered 1 item, a burger, a smash jalapeño and the order was wrong 2x.... and I went thru drive thru which was to slow seeing that they don't have drive up service or inside service. It just reminded me why I hadn't been tree in years!
