Unbelievably rude employee... If I could give the customer service here a -5, I would. After spending over $40 on food I noticed that I was missing an item from my order. It was no big deal, I just circled back around to the drive through. While waiting to get to the window I noticed that I was also missing one of the extra cheese sauces I ordered so I let them know once I pulled up. As soon as one of the girls in the back heard that I wanted my extra cheese sauce she started raising her voice saying "She's wrong, I already gave her the ones she ordered", then proceeded to quickly pop her head all the way out of the drive through window until it was practically in my face while she was pointing at the receipt that I was holding. I then had to physically show her where the receipt listed the extra sauces I had already paid for. She then quickly pulled herself back inside while saying "Fine, fine. She's still wrong... etc." and continued to yell things I couldn't make out. The way she treated me was completely uncalled for and makes me think that this isn't the first time its happened. After all of that, they ended up giving me the wrong size on what they forgot to add to my order in the first place, and the food was mediocre at best. Sonic definitely lost my family and I's business today. Good luck keeping your jobs when no one comes to buy food from your establishment! ✌️✌️✌️

Almost ran out of gas in the drive thru. I have never experienced a wait so long. They didn't even get my order right. Then, when they tried to fix it, they still forgot what I asked for. The atmosphere is terrible. No one looks happy. Will highly NEVER recommend.

Slowest place ever. If my kids didn’t beg me to take them there I would never come back. Unfortunately we live close so we wait for eternity every single time. It doesn't matter if business is slow either, its like they’re missing at least three employees and the one or two people that are working have zero hustle.

I recently visited the Sonic in Bonney Lake, WA, and I have to say it was one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. Despite being the only customer there, I waited an eternity just to place my order. The staff seemed completely indifferent to my presence, and their attitude was downright rude. It's safe to say I won't be returning anytime soon. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else if you value your time and sanity

As a delivery driver, I have to decline all requests for this Sonic. It regularly takes 30 minutes for food to be prepared. We're talking 30 minutes for 2 drinks.Even 30 minutes for some onion rings and fries.The folks who work there seem genuine and are doing their best.The facility is what you'd expect.But who's got time to wait 30 minutes for a "fast food" chili dog?

The service was great. Nice person brought our food. The order was half way right. No toy in one of the kids meals. Extra piclke was on my burger and asked for no pickle. Also asked for bacon got no bacon. Asked for double cheese burger extra mayo and got no mayo and a single burger instead. Then kids meal burger was not plain either.

I wonder the percentage of people who pull in, then leave without getting service because of the length of time it takes. This location usually has maybe 2 teens making food and taking orders. Today I went to the drive through, watched someone leave… then after 10-15 mins with only 1 car ahead of me and waiting at the mic to simply order, I left.

I am Uber driver. Uber is very good in sending order to restaurants. I been there today after 7-10 mins receiving my order from Uber but when I been there order was not ready. There was one black car in the waiting area. I had to wait there more than 15 -20 mins. I was so disappointed when I seen who came after me in the waiting area they served before me. I had only one combo in first order , i was watching there to see what’s going on. There were also 5 drive through customer's after me who got order before me. Sonic restaurant served almost 6-7 customers before me. I was there before these customers.I was so disappointed how they treated me and I cancelled my order after waiting more than 15-20 mins. When I cancelled the order and started backing up my car then the lady got my order. Looks like they seen I am leaving then came outside .It never happened before at any other restaurant. They always serve in order. I heard bad before about this restaurant but today I also had worst experience at this restaurant.I would like to give message to the owner and employees. We do hard work and our time is precious like other customers. If you guys can’t treat nicely Uber and door dash drivers please don’t take their orders.I will say this was the One of the worst experience with delivery.
