I am writing to express my disappointment with the treatment I received from Starbucks - @Market at Lake Tapps/Bonney Lake Starbucks employee during a recent drive-through experience for the first time. When I attempted to pick up my mobile order, the employee spoke to me in a disrespectful manner, instructing me to use the speaker despite my having ordered ahead of time. Given that my order was ready when I arrived, I found the employee's behavior to be unwarranted and rude, particularly as a deaf customer. The employee did apologize and appear embarrassed after I addressed the issue. This was my first experience of this kind. I'm just so thankful I stood up for myself before I left!
The new remodel is great and a lot more well-lit than the previous. I don't go to this location often unless it's to study or to help someone get caught up on their work, but the manager is on point. Unfortunately, the employees were uh... having a hiccup that night that I went. My order got royally messed up, but the manager was quick to fix it. Unfortuantely, because there was so many mistakes, I forgot to ask for them to not put dairy in my drink and sub it, resulting in an allergic break-out. Definitely needs employees to slow down a little, be a little more attentive on the listening portion and a little less on the assumption bit. Hahaha, otherwise they would have noticed I was asking for completely different things. I'm sure management will get it sorted out, but I'll be back. It's worth another try at another point and I want to give them the opportunity to show me their service skills again. I'm sure they'll do great.
TLDR: Employees need to be a little more keen to listen what's being ordered. Management on duty is quick to resolve and kind. Location is clean, well-lit, and comfortable for studying and whatnot.
Dietary restrictions: Just be careful and remember to gently remind the employees about diet restrictions/allergens, even if there's a mistake on the order. You can avoid my costly mistake [not the employee/management fault].

This is my go-to starbucks. I stop by twice a week on my way to work. My order is always ready and amazing. Employees are friendly, and the place is welcoming and clean.

This Starbucks is one of the better ones. I went in to get my crazy complex drink order They did absolutely fine with that. However they cook the breakfast sandwiches still makes them feel a little rubbery. But I found that to be the same at every Starbucks.

Often shorted on drinks (not completely filled). Older lady gives a lot of attitude when you point out your drink was made incorrectly. Water tastes super weird. (Chemically)

I come here quite often and the drinks and the customer service is always great and I have come all times throughout the day. I recommend getting a shaken espresso as they always make them great here.

The coffee was fine; everyone was nice, but when you put my coffee out at least have the decency to call out my name otherwise, why even ask for my name? So stupid
