Christy or kristy the manager took my order and didnt bother to wait an extra few seconds to get the modifications added , so the Barrista who is usually always amazing didnt make it right and it was all because of the manager Christy. She has a strange attittude and rushes shouldnt be a manager doing a worse job than a standard starbucks barrista would. Always a bad vibe from her when i order from here but the Barrista Stepganie is always a rockstar maybe she should be running the show!! She never dissapoints! If stephanie isnt here dont bother coming , trust me. The manager does a poor job herself and of training others of patience.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the treatment I received from Starbucks - @Market at Lake Tapps/Bonney Lake Starbucks employee during a recent drive-through experience for the first time. When I attempted to pick up my mobile order, the employee spoke to me in a disrespectful manner, instructing me to use the speaker despite my having ordered ahead of time. Given that my order was ready when I arrived, I found the employee's behavior to be unwarranted and rude, particularly as a deaf customer. The employee did apologize and appear embarrassed after I addressed the issue. This was my first experience of this kind. I'm just so thankful I stood up for myself before I left!

I can't tell you how many times I've been here and they tell me they are out of their black tea, and it's hours before they close and they won't brew any more. Lazyiness, and poor customer service. There is a young man that works there that's very nice, but their customer service is not that of all the other Starbucks around and I've quit trying to get a drink there now. Don't waste your time either.

Bruh I went to starbucks and wanted to order an impossible sandwich thing and my Mom asked if they had anymore because they had been out at other starbucks and they said they are out. I look around the thing about to leave starbucks disappointed and they had a full cart of sandwiches they said they were out of. Come on starbucks.
