I am writing to express my disappointment with the treatment I received from Starbucks - @Market at Lake Tapps/Bonney Lake Starbucks employee during a recent drive-through experience for the first time. When I attempted to pick up my mobile order, the employee spoke to me in a disrespectful manner, instructing me to use the speaker despite my having ordered ahead of time. Given that my order was ready when I arrived, I found the employee's behavior to be unwarranted and rude, particularly as a deaf customer. The employee did apologize and appear embarrassed after I addressed the issue. This was my first experience of this kind. I'm just so thankful I stood up for myself before I left!

The woman who works there at this moment has the worst attitude and customer servicer ever. There has been 4 instances when she is there and she's just extremely rude with the worst attitude. This location sucks

They've screwed up my order 3 times in 3 days. Maybe if she wasn't texting on her phone when I ordered today, they would've actually gotten it right. Not coming back.

I can't tell you how many times I've been here and they tell me they are out of their black tea, and it's hours before they close and they won't brew any more. Lazyiness, and poor customer service. There is a young man that works there that's very nice, but their customer service is not that of all the other Starbucks around and I've quit trying to get a drink there now. Don't waste your time either.

Bruh I went to starbucks and wanted to order an impossible sandwich thing and my Mom asked if they had anymore because they had been out at other starbucks and they said they are out. I look around the thing about to leave starbucks disappointed and they had a full cart of sandwiches they said they were out of. Come on starbucks.
