Ordered the outlaw, should have been hot but meat was cold. Also very little meat, the first inch of sandwich was just bread, nothing else.

My cold cut trio sub was missing a full layer of meat. I messaged the store saying it was missing salami instead of turkey salami. Knowing what I meant, the general manager, Rob, responded back saying it has no salami and did not resolve the issue.

Dream !!

Ordered online, got to subway 5 minutes before it said our order would be done, we waited in our car until the order was done because it looked like no one was inside. When it said our order was ready we went inside and no one was there, the computer was going off saying there was an online order. I looked around to see where they could be and I looked outside and saw the worker sitting in their car right outside the subway. We waited for several minutes while he sat there. This was a horrible experience and I hope you teach your workers to do better.

The young lady working there had a horrible attitude! (Ally) This is the second time I've seen her. She was abrupt and rude. She was the only person there and had the same rude attitude with me. She was messy, and obviously hates her job. Store #12366-0

Third time I'vebeen disappointed by tbis Subway location. You pay $12 for a 6" sub with hardly anything on it. We ordered delivery, so we weren't there to watch them make it, but I swear they put less meat and toppings on their sandwiches. Not to mention they forgot our chops and drink this time.

Store needs faster staff. Counter girl very slow. One working counter. other doing online orders. Not enough staff. Food poor quality. Meatballs old. Bread mangle by girl cutting it. All in all go somewhere else.

The guys were there were so nice and patient even though I had a large order of 6 12inch sandwiches. They even helped me signing in to start earning rewards. Definitely will come here

Food is always made to order. Staff is friendly. The building is just really quite inside and was cold last time we were in there. Even the staff had their coats on. Service was good, but they just moved rather slothy like. We were thinking of eating there, but it was just way to darn cold, so we took it to go.

It's so inconsistent that it's hard to tell when you actually get what you ordered and half the time it feels like they don't double the meat even after you payed for double meat.

Staff was great. Stuffed my sandwhich full and we all had good laughs as we were making a sandwhich while I had my mom visiting. Went away in good spirits.

Sadly, the sandwiches have declined recently. If you pay attention, they do not use the full amount of meats anymore. Skimpy on all the fixin's. The prices have increased, and the amount and quality have decreased.

Don't know who trained Mariah, but after waiting 10+ min for a curbside order that notified me the order was ready, I went inside & it was in fact not ready. I asked why the app told me it was ready, she informed me it's because she'd selected the option on the computer so it would "stop yelling(beeping) at her." Then told me I'd have to wait until the 7+ people in line had been served before I'd get my food. HUH?! I was extremely confused & frustrated..woe is me! After asking her name/stating I'VE PAID ALREADY, she then rushed & skimped my sandwich. I won't be coming back after being a weekly tipping regular for over a month. Glad there's one down the road anyway! Alas, I blame management for not training employees how to manage curbside app orders/general proper time management, and her working alone on a Friday night. My Hangry Karen demon had been triggered, oh no! CaN i SpEaK tO yOuR MaNaGeR plzzz ???
