The service here today was very unfriendly and in professional. Typically I really enjoy subway. Me and my significant other will not be coming back where this ruined are experience. We found the service is rude , today we were over charged for the quality of the food. I went in there around 1:40 in the afternoon today’s date is 11/3/25. We asked her to politely remake the samwhich after she threw it together and it was very messy right after it was toasted the cheese was completely all over the bread and the ingredients were falling out. She replied No and said she would not be willing to do that . I don’t like confrontation and that made me feel uncomfortable so I allowed to her to keep moving forward . It was complete mess .We will not having subway anymore very disappointed.

Finally found a Subway with a drive-thru. The sandwich was better than average and the people at the window were very friendly

Restaurant was clean the cashier lacy that helped me was very kind and both female staff members overall made the visit very enjoyable

Everything as expected however super hot inside
I've been here five or six times with the same order and every time they give me a regular chocolate chip cookie instead of the double chocolate chip that I ordered. I assume this means they just don't carry that flavor, but if that's the case then it shouldn't be an option in the app. They've never mentioned to me that they were substituting it out either. Not a big deal, just kind of annoying to not get what you ordered.
Did an online order and the sandwiches were made wrong, I had to come back to get them fixed. They inspected the sandwiches clearly seeing that they were made wrong then I was told they had to contact the manager to see if they would be allowed to re make them. They acted like it was my fault for not just accepting the wrong sandwiches. I've never heard of anywhere if they messed up an order they couldn't fix it. We come here all the time now I'm not going back again. Customer service nowadays is just garbage. If this happened to the staff at any restaurant I'm sure they'd want their order correct.

Buyer Beware!
Went to Subway today with a coupon (unexpired). I received it in the mail and have used other mailer coupons at this specific location previously with no issues. Expecting to pay $19.99 for 3 footlongs. Ordered my footlongs and when I get up to the counter to pay, the employee scanned the coupon and said it's not working and the owner has deleted all discounts/coupons out of the system. I had to pay $49.39 for 3 footlongs that I was expecting to pay $19.99 for. Same thing happened to the older gentleman in front of me. They refused his coupon as well. They do not have a sign posted anywhere stating this specific Subway isn't participating in these promotions. I wouldn't have ordered 3 footlongs if I knew they were going to refuse the coupon. In fact, I wouldn't have went to Subway at all today if it wasn't for the coupon I recieved in the mail and If it wasn't for the nice teenage employee, I would have left without the subs - not worth $50 in my opinion. Bad Business! They lost me as a customer.
No complaints about the staff who works here as they are doing their best. The biggest problem, that I leaned speaking with both current and past employees, is management will treat them like garbage and put them in impossible situations. They clearly prefer quantity over quality when it comes to their subway franchises, keep that in mind if you come here.

It's frustrating they continue to get basic orders wrong. It's an online order, you literally follow the instructions on the receipt. One sandwich was specifically no mustard, no tomatoes yet we got both. If we wanted 2 6" of the same sandwich we would've ordered a foot long. With the rising prices of everything it's absolutely more infuriating than ever to screw up a basic sandwich order when it costs over $16 for 2 6" sandwiches.
