This particular Taco Bell is 50/50. Most of the times I've been there it has been pretty good. I have had an incident with a hair in my taco, but the staff was so nice when I called, they remade everything I ordered including the drink for free. I love there frozen drinks (that'd always my go to) and I love how they now always ask if i want double meat, sour cream or make it hot. I still go here because they are great people

This is a very poorly ran Taco Bell. There has been something wrong with my food every single time I’ve eaten here. Food is sloppily put together with ingredients falling out. Multiple times there has been missing ingredients like today my Crunchwrap was missing the nacho cheese leaving it dry. Management needs to get it together and hire more competent staff.

On the 1st of March, 2025, my husband and I entered the drive-thru of this establishment for a mind afternoon bite. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and my husband ordered his usual 5 layer burritos. My order came unmelted and not crispy at all. It was very unsatisfying to say the least. In addition, they charged us to donate to the charity they were promoting after we said no thank you. I'm not expecting anything to be resolved by leaving this review, but I know that someone above the teenagers who run the floor will see this. With that being said, I hope they buckle down on over charging and the quality of their cooking process.

Honestly I used to love Taco Bell but whoever you have working night shift now, sucks. food was soggy and I didn’t get anything extra items that I paid for. Items were missing from inside the burritos- weren’t made correctly just lousy and I work in the food industry too so I get it can be stressful or annoying to make something when you just want to go home but, you don’t have that option, you do your job and then you can go home and be lazy and relax. You get paid for what you do so do it!
