You don't continue to make cars pull over and wait for food instead of at the drive through. Did a mobile order, checked in at the order menu and then when we pulled up to the window they hadn't even submitted. I submitted the order at the order window at 12:12 and they made us pull over and served 4 cars before us!!! Didn't get our food until 12:30!!! We ended up backing back up to the window and asking for our food!!! Absolutely horrible service and they made us wait 20 minutes on purpose. Then told us nuggets only take 6 minutes so why did they make us wait almost 20 minutes!!

My mom went to Wendy’s to watch my young child while I got my lashes done next door. They towed her truck without giving her any warning. They lied and said it had been there for 3 hours (it was 1 hour). They claimed they told “all” the customers but my mom and daughter were the only ones in there and she was never told. I asked who called it in and the girl at the counter said her manager. I asked to speak to her manager and she said she went home. I asked for the managers number and the girl refused to give me her managers number and had no idea what days her manager works

Ended up just leaving before ordering because they just kept saying just a moment on the speaker and not coming back. 13 minutes waiting for them to come back. Won't be coming here again.

Picking up a doordash I waited 20+ minutes for an order. There was no line in the drive thru. I was the only one inside. It was literally sitting there on the counter, all they had to do was put a sticker on it and weigh it. That entire time they were walking in circles having personal conversations, doing nothing. Completely disrespectful to me and my time

This owner hates his guests Every Wendy’s I have been to sells the hamburger patties by themselves. Today I ordered 3 large hamburger patties, the worker told me that I would still have to pay for the entire meal. I told her that they are the only Wendy’s that does this she told me that’s how the boss wants to do it. So if you are on the carnivore diet go to another place. I chose Wendy’s because they use fresh ground beef with no fillers. I guess I’ll just have to go elsewhere.

I was looking for a cheap-ish solution for late night food for my family and I. I asked for 50 nuggets and they didnt question it, they just whipped em up and happily served our food. One of the best Wendy's in Washington

Wasn’t the WORST Wendy’s experience, definitely wasn’t any where near the best or even a good fast food experience. 2 baconators were dry, and tasted like they’ve been left out for a while longer than they’re supposed to. Fries were dry and tasted like deep fryer and not in a good way. The workers weren’t bad or rude in any way, but definitely didn’t make it a 30$ experience..
