Ordered lox and had to ask for capers and onions after it was served and I got a bit of attitude with kind of an apology but with the disclaimer that she misunderstood me. I never mentioned I didn’t want them, so not sure what was misunderstood. The onions she brought were not pickled like the menu said. Then I realized the service also neglected to give me fruit that menu noted it came with. I felt too uncomfortable asking for it because of the vibe I got when mentioning the onions and capers. So I just let it go. All in all, what I got was not as described on menu.

My husband really enjoyed his poppy ses pancakes but my French Dip was one hot mess. First of all, the bun is too soft for a French dip. I paid extra for the onions but there weren't many. The amount of beef was not much either and mostly fat and gristle. Every time I dipped the sandwich some of the bun fell off. I finally just gave up on the bun. I will go again as atmosphere is great and staff was nice. I'll probably stick to breakfast though.

Do not order To Go unless you want to pay ridiculous fees. Expensive average quality food + 10% tax + 15% take out fee + they still ask for >15% tip. That’s literally more than 40% on top of the already expensive food.

Alexa's Catering was the caterer of choice for my clients' wedding reception. The serving staff, led by Caleb, was professional, prompt and attentive to the smallest details. The meal was outstanding with succulent salmon pesto and aromatic stuffed chicken breasts as the main courses. The presentation of the food was attractive finshed with Alexa's signature floral displays adorning the table. The hors d'oeuvre and beverage table were equally appealling in presentation and flavorful bites during the cocktail hour. When one sees empty plates, you know you made the right choice! I used Alexa's Catering for my wedding in fall of 2024 and you wouldn't believe the amount of compliments I received about dinner. I had a buffet for 135 and the food was 10/10! Best service, delicious food, amazing bartending, great staff. If I have another event, I'm using Alexa's Catering. The best in Snohomish!!!!

Good atmosphere but terrible service and average food. They messed up my order (number of eggs did not match what was specified on the menu) and when I asked they didn’t bother to fix it, and told me I could order more eggs. Now why would I do that? I would not go here again.
