I ordered the salmon. When the waiter asked for my order, I indicated that I did not want rare salmon (and certainly not raw salmon). When the dish arrived, however, it was cooked to a medium level on the surface, but just below the surface, it was very rare -- nearly raw. I sent it back for additional cooking. The waiter was happy to take it back for further cooking. It appeared that the restaurant was somewhat understaffed at the waiter level. Our waiter had her hands full. I had a glass of Riesling, and my wife had a cocktail. We did not have dessert. We each had an entree, along with bread. The total with tax, tip, and surcharge was a bit over $140.
Always a great experience at Amaro. Creative cocktails, delicious food (large portions), friendly staff, good value!
We went to Amaro Bistro during Seattle Restaurant Week. My burrata antipasto was very tasty. The braised pork shank was tender and excellent. The panna cotta dessert was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their food and the Cuvee B Red Blend was also great!
Great meal and great service. The ambiance was good, but just a little noisy. We would go back for sure.
A bistro experience. Great waiter. Good food, good wine. Happy time. Will come again soon.

We frequent Amaro and have for nearly six years. It is, by far, one of the most consistent restaurants around. Their food is always delish and the service top notch. Sherman is wonderful! Great place to come with a group, as a couple or even on your own. We enjoy the bar and the bartenders when it's just the two of us. If there was one thing I'd ask for, it would be a few more salad and pizza choices. More variety is always good for us frequent patrons. Keep up the great work!
Came for birthday dinner with husband and Mom. We started with the brussels sprouts appetizer and it was not only HUGE, it was delicious. Had to stop eating them so I wouldn't ruin my appetite! Even with 3 people dining we took some home; unusual for an app! Hubby and I got the two different ravioli dishes (one short rib, one pumpkin) and both were fabulous. Mom got the carbonara and loved it. We are dessert people and sadly didn't have room for any! Excellent and attentive service from all. It is a bit noisy back by the kitchen, but it's the warmest spot in the house and we didn't want Mom to get cold. We love the open kitchen concept and didn't mind. Be sure to spring for the grilled bread; it's quite good!
Zach is amazing! He makes our visit pleasant and is very knowledgeable about the menus. He is also amazing with our disabled son. We love this restaurant!
Best lasagna ever!!! I can't order it any where else. Amaro is very consistent with amazing food and service!!

The food and cocktails are terrific. We had a great waiter, too. My only complaint is that as it grew crowded, the noise level made having a conversation difficult. Regardless, we will come back.
First time diners and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Excellent service and really good food for the price point. Will be back
Food was underwhelming for my party except for the short rib ravioli which was delicious. I got the Gorgonzola salad and it had zero Gorgonzola taste. Service was excellent but probably won't return.
This place was recommended to us and did not disappoint. Nice menu and wine selection.

Excellent service, delicious hearty portions, wonderful ambiance.
We ordered: a huge salad with goat cheese, lasagna, pizza with mushrooms, and the pork chop entree.
There were 4 of us, we shared the food amongst each other, and we still didn’t finish everything!!
