Applebee's Grill + Bar

went there on thursday with fiancé and his family. the host was SUPER sweet and everything was going fine but after we ordered our entrees, we noticed we had the wrong bill on our tables device. it got resolved and we moved on, but once we got our food, my fiancé’s 7 YEAR OLD brother found literal glass in his food. there was NO reason for glass to be in anyone’s food, let alone a CHILDS. we notified the staff and the lady (i assume general manager or FOH manager) with the glasses was NO help. she pretty much just said “sorry” and shrugged and then walked away, leaving another manager to deal with it even though SHE was the one who brought our out food. the whole experience was very irritating and everything seemed very unorganized. will definitely not be going here again.

They still have a half-price appetizer after 9 PM.

This is so disappointing. I have been a loyal customer for applebees for many years going to this location. However today when I picked up my usual order of kids alfredo chicken with mashed potatoes as a side. The portion sizes were extremely small compared to everytime I had received it before. For 8 dollars the food had barely reached half in their respective containers. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I am writing this review in hopes this never happening again.

We love the bar area because of the bartenders.

I've been coming to this location for a while now. I like to frequent restaurants where the staff is not only welcoming but also GENUENLY friendly, that is this place. The Manager Michael calls me by name as he does his best to get in touch with the customers and always makes sure you are well taken care of. He has brought my food a few times, always with an smile. The other Managers, Marisol and Dave, also do a great job. Always looking around and coming to you to see if you have everything you need or just to say hi, super friendly both of them as they also do their best to delegate their staff, it can easily be observed that they dive in their roles. The service staff is also GREAT ! they are all so friendly and welcoming. Elda, one of the bartenders, is very attentive and always makes sure you are liking your drinks, always happy and smiling even thou she is under constant pressure. Erica, Monica, Segundo and the rest of the staff that i dont know their names yet do a GREAT TEAM WORk, always happy alwasy attentive and always on top of their game. Overall, this applebees is one of the best ive tried. and ive been to alsmost all of them in the state of Washington. I would also lke to mention the Grill Cook with long hair, If you see him around, ORDER RIB EYE, he really know how to get it done right, dont know his name but i know he cooked my Rib Eye cuz i asked my server and he happend to be walking bay at that time. super cool dude.

We always stop by during happy hour and the wings and drinks are always great! The servers are attentive and the manager Michael is always outgoing and friendly. You can definitely tell he takes care of his team based on interactions we have witnessed.

Bartender was nice and quick to greet us, pleasant throughout our visit, garlic boneless wings were yum

This is the Best Applebee's I have gone to. Service is great and the Manager Marisol, is so kind and fun. She was going to all tables making sure everybody was good. You can even see in her interaction with her co-workers, that she is very well liked by them.

I love Applebee's. The chain supports the community and service members. We were in the area and wanted to wait for the evening traffic to die. We entered the restaurant but had to wait for someone to seat us. In the past, Applebee's walls were decorated with local items showing their support for the community. This Applebee's just had large photos of some Seahawks. Two TVs were on sports, but few people watched. We got there about 4:30 PM, which was a bad time. NCAA basketball was finished, and the place only had senior citizens quietly eating their dinners. The Onion rings were great, but the broccoli was overcooked, and the steak was disappointing. We took the dinner home, but I could not chew the steak the following morning. The waitress kept an eye on our table and quickly responded to our needs.

I was just here about 4 hours ago, my brother was feeling sick to his stomach after eating the food and now I’m throwing up. Good service, poor quality food.

We were extremely satisfied with our server, Tia and your manager, Michael. The service was excellent. And I have to say the friendliest server we’ve ever had. Thank you, Tia for being so wonderful.

The drinks and food were phenomenal! Erica and Marisol made sure that my mother and I were highly satisfied with the level of service provided. The bourbon chicken and sausage pasta is out of this world…get yours before it gets taken off the menu!! This dish is only available for a limited time only!
