We didn't see the manager was nowhere to be found. Maybe that's why the service was so awful. We ordered unlimited meal from the menu but the waitress was too busy chatting it up with her friends & only brought 1 plate & took forever for the second. So we called it a wash & left.

Went on a Sunday night for dinner. The place wasn't busy, but the fact that able body people parking is next to the main entrance and disable parking was all the way to the back, wasn't a good start. The hostess sat us on a booth that the distance between table and seat was so narrow, the table edge was hitting my gut, my wife space wasn't good either. We asked the hostess to get us another table and she got very upset. Our waitress was the only thing that saved the night, she was awesome. Our food wasn't worth the money. My wife ordered a cheeseburger and came with a slump of lettuce. I got the ribs and it was very dry, tough to chewed. Management shined by their absence. Not a very good experience

It was my first time at an Applebee’s. It was delightful. Great bbq riblets, great service, and a really fun atmosphere. I took my son and grandson for dinner. My grandson is eight years old and he loves the pretzels with cheese sauce. I will return!

Just a tip if you get curbside delivery, don't tip ahead if you pre-pay or they have no urgency to bring you your food. I had to go inside after waiting for 10 minutes after my food was supposedly done to get it myself. The bourbon chicken, burgers, and salads are amazing, however, the ribs are probably the worst dish you can get.

Shift change could have been trying, but instead was seamless and unhurried. The bartender on his way out made sure to tell me to take my time ordering. Had a drink while I waited for my to go order. Regular bar crowd came in during the shift change, and the new tender seemed to know everyone by name. Friendly, attentive, relaxed. Food was prepared quickly and I was on my way. Tasty dinner with no fuss. Thanks, Applebee's!

I've been to this place at least three times, and each time the service wasn't great. The staff seemed rude and weren't accommodating when it came to making any changes. I will go for the food.
Ordered the Quesadilla Burger, and it was a soggy, sloppy mess. The tortillas may as well have been soaked in water. I had to put it down, as the texture was so disgusting it was like chewing something that had already been in someone else's mouth. Now I'm off to cook my own dinner, because I learned my lesson from ordering food from Applebee's.

We popped in for an early lunch. There were three of us and maybe six other people in the restaurant. Our food came out in a timely manner. But my salad was drenched in salad dressing, another missing it all together. Drinks were ok, what you'd expect from this kind of establishment. The server was professional but not friendly. $74 for 2 salads, a burger and 2 cocktails.Dietary restrictions: Not a lot of room for modificationsKid-friendliness: Perfect for families with kids that can sit at a table for the whole meal.

We visit this location often.Every time we are so happy.This time, our loaded waffle fries appeared a tad dark.We (I) questioned them and definitely was not complaining as they still tasted amazing.The Bartender was quick to check in on the back. Again, the had great flavor and were not crunchy, just in the past they were less cooked and a tad lighter in color and more fluffy - I know, how picky can I be?The main course was going to include waffle fries with my prime rib sammich so I was being proactive.Needless to say, as always, everything was great. Perfect service, great drinks, fast friendly, and great quality.My sammich and appetizers were perfect and on this Friday night, Applebee's once again let us feel important as we spent our Christmas present money.Thank you Applebee's, and thank you Rogelio, (bartender)Your service and drinks were FANTASTICO!!!!
