I ordered one classic milk tea with boba, one coffee smoothie with coffee jelly, and one bubble waffle. Classic milk tea and boba was just ok. Coffee smoothie was way too sweet, and coffee jelly taste like it been sitting in sugar wate way too long. Bubble waffle is the worst bubble waffle I ever had, and I think I can make better bubble waffle at home without any fancy machine. The coffee smoothie with coffee was undrinkable to me, that I only took two gulps and have to throw it away.

I came in, ordered a single milk tea with boba. Then I sat and waited.
And waited.
After 20 minutes, I asked if they were still working on my order. They then decided that was the right time to tell me that there was a table of about 10 people whose order they were working on and it would still be a few more minutes.
25 minutes. That's how long it took me from the time I walked in the door to the time I had my single drink in hand. AND they ran out of boba before they got to mine!
If they had simply told me when I arrived that there was a large order ahead of me, I would have said thank you and left.
The ironic thing is I went in there to get a boba while I was waiting for food I ordered somewhere else to be ready. By the time I got my boba, my food had been ready for 15 minutes. If I hadn't gone in there, I would have had a hot meal.

black milk tea is average. tea flavor not very strong, has milk but not in a good/creamy way. boba quality is OK. slightly sweet, decent chewy texture. it was my first time trying this place, maybe other menu items are better but if you cant get the fundamental black milk tea recipe figured out its a big concern from me

Love this place! It's a cute boba shop in Bothell with lots of different drinks and they cater for events! They did our wedding and it was so cute! The staff is always really nice too. They also support local businesses and donate to charities. Highly recommend going here if you're in the area :)

the drinks here are not good at all 😭😭 they say that all their drinks are made with real fruits but i could literally taste the powder in my drink. maybe if they mixed their drinks better, the blatant lie would be more believable lmfao
We utilized Boba for catering at our wedding and couldn’t be happier. Words can’t describe how much joy you brought us and our guests on September 14. It mean an incredibly amount to have you and your company there on our special day, especially considering how much your boba played a part in our lives when Ashton and I were still dating.
Considering our guests had so many dietary restrictions, all of them raved about special they felt to have a company that catered to their needs and in such a tasty way!!!
We will always be coming back to Boba whenever we are in Bothell, but always know how special you are in our hearts. We will be remembering you and your team that helped us on our big day forever. ❤️
