I've been trying boba places everywhere near me and this one was one of the good ones. I really enjoyed the strawberry smoothie it was so good. The employees were very friendly and I love the little smile on the lid.An excellent boba shop and also has good seating so great place to hang out as well! However one small thing was the boba tapioca balls kept getting clogged in my straw as they were too big! A minor issue they just need bigger straws! Will come here again as one of my go to boba spots.

My go to is the mango smoothie with boba, it's sooo good! I always want to try a new flavor but I love the mango flavor so much I just end up getting the same thing every time! Lol The smoothie is creamy and actually tastes like you're eating a fresh sweet mango! My favorite! I haven't tried their food yet, but maybe next time. The employees are always nice and welcoming. The inside is decorated so cute too! Any time I'm in Bothell I make sure to make a stop here!

How is it possible? A boba place out in the suburbs of Washington, a name so unadorned, have the best Brown Sugar Creme Brulé I have ever tasted?Apparently, it is possible, thanks to Boba Bothell. We stayed at a hotel just right behind where Boba is situated. My daughter had a craving for boba, so I dropped her and the wife off while I get back to our hotel. When they got back, I asked my daughter what was the name of the place. "Boba" Abigail answered. "Yeah, what's the name?", I replied? "Boba! With two dots!!". Hmm okay, so plain. I asked her for a sip...WTH? What is this?! It so good! It was their Brown Sugar with creme brulé. The brown sugar, oh so yummy, perfectly harmonious with their creme brulé. The brulé was not heavy and overpowering and perfectly matches the drink. I had to get my own drink.We came back the next day and I ordered myself with the aforementioned drink. Wow, just so refreshing. The interior is nicely decorated, and I love that fact that Boba is uniquely independent and uniquely Bothell. Local residents, you have yourselves and excellent boba place by the way of Boba Bothell. My my friend whose a new implant to the area stay of a long time so we can get back to Boba Bothell and have lots of their excellent Brown Sugar Creme Brulé.

Had a Matcha milk tea with boba. First time trying matcha flavour. Not very tasty. The boba didn’t seem too fresh. Would not recommend.

My brother was in town from CA and we decided to grab a drink after his flight. He ordered a Banana Smoothie with added Oreo and I ordered a Taro Oreo smoothie. Overall the drink was good, however, after sipping the bottom oreo pieces, i felt hard sharp particles in my mouth! The more I sipped, the more plastic particles came up! Feel super disturbed by this as I shared my drink with my kid too. It's unsettling to know we drank blended plastic particles. I called the cafe and left a message about our experience but no one contacted me back. Super disappointed as they have good drinks but now questioning their quality and cleanliness. My fave place in Bothell of bubble tea. My fave is the Thai tea smoothie with boba. My little loves mango/coconut or cantaloupe. They are always blended really smoothly. Sometimes the boba are still hard, but that's not the end of the world for me. I really like their spring rolls too. They are pork filled and come with sweet chili sauce. I'm taking off 1 star for the speed of service. It always seems kinda slow, even when they aren't slammed (which they are a lot of time because it so tasty!) The inside vibe is super cute and instagramable.
The service was fast, the person taking our order was patient and friendly. The drinks were delicious. I'm happy this place is so close to our new place, but my wallet won't agree. I'll definitely be back frequently.

9 out of 10 times either their waffle machine is broken or they are out ice cream flavors. You can't expect people to be regular customers with this kind of business

Very poor customer service, wasn't greeted when I came in or asked if I needed help deciding etc. Everyone was very cold and short with me. I asked to add strawberry to my milk tea and they told me that it wasn't possible even though they sold a latte with strawberries in it. No customer service what so ever. Drinks were good but the service left a bad taste in my mouth. Not willing to customize drinks.... first time here and now my last. I'm obviously not worth their time.
