I haven't been to Baskin-Robbins in probably over 15 years, and I was not disappointed by the staff. The service it was definitely the variety of ice cream. Super friendly and well maintained. 10/10 recommend for all ages

Love dropping by this location for a scoop of the cold brew Oreo and pumpkin flavors. I also wanted to give a special shout out to how nice the employees are and how well they handled some rude customers tonight. As I was grabbing a late night treat - these two women ahead of another group and I took around 10 minutes with their order and kept demanding the employee to honor them free icecream. Despite the employee telling them their rules and that they can’t just honor out free icecream, they asked for his name and threatened to call the manager 🙄. Threatening a service worker over a $4 scoop of icecream is so ridiculous and sad.

The staff at this shop was cheery and engaging. So much better than the Northgate shop we visited recently. And the ice cream? Such an enticing variety, can't be beat. Nice clean shop with comfy chairs to sit in while enjoying your ice cream.
I was going in for some icecream and I saw this asian lady screaming at her employees, I don't know if she was the manager or what but the way she treats her employees is so unethical. Her clearly underaged workers seem worked to the bone what the hell! She needs more training on good team work.

Lots of health code violations, does not follow labor laws with regards to minors. Fires minors for not being able to work school hours, when availability is given. Discriminates agains minor employees. I would not give this business one cent of my money.
