Ordered IceCream cake for my kid's birthday. Ordered online in advanced. Whole order was messed up. Wrong cake theme, wrong cake flavor and wrong icecream flavor.

Cake was actually really good but they misspelled the name on the cake unfortunately. It’s partially my fault for not opening and checking it there. I thought they just didn’t write on the cake because there wasn’t space, and in the box you couldn’t see the writing but when I opened the box I realized they had wrote it on the back of the cake. 🤦🏽♀️

First time here and the staff member working tonight was amazing. He so warmly greeted me and hyped me up when I was picking up a birthday ice cream cake. Ice cream cake looked beautiful, as well.
I actually was trying to go to another Baskin-Robbins location closer to where I lived, but they weren’t available. This experience was worth the drive!!

Came to eat ice cream with son and some lady that was inside was asking me about my car which was wierd to me but i let it go. I then whet to the taco truck for some food and i saw the same lady from baskkn robbins taking pictures of People license plates. She was kicking the taco trucks costumers away too and hers too without knowing it because i wont be coming back here. Didnt think the People/owner of baskin robbins was that selfish for a parking Spot.

Came to eat ice cream and bought a burrito from the taco truck at the same time just for the owner from baskin robbins to tell me she Was going to tow me car. She was taking pictures of my license plates. If You come here be prepared to get asked about your license plates.

I frequent this location often and have always enjoyed my visits. However, I’ve noticed a change over the past month with the ice cream. The temperature seems to have been raised for the freezers, as the ice cream is now much softer than it used to be. In fact, it’s often so soft that I have to take it home and refreeze it before I can enjoy it. At times, it’s even softer than frozen yogurt. Please please please consider lowering the temperature for the ice cream freezers so the ice cream is actually frozen.
Long wait time for delivery orders makes it hard stressful to pick up from this store compared to the same stores a little up north. Bad drivers will damage or take your customers' orders if not ready on time. Every minute wait means we lose money. There were no customers, and the employees said to wait 5 minutes because he was doing something else.

I haven't been to Baskin-Robbins in probably over 15 years, and I was not disappointed by the staff. The service it was definitely the variety of ice cream. Super friendly and well maintained. 10/10 recommend for all ages

Love dropping by this location for a scoop of the cold brew Oreo and pumpkin flavors. I also wanted to give a special shout out to how nice the employees are and how well they handled some rude customers tonight. As I was grabbing a late night treat - these two women ahead of another group and I took around 10 minutes with their order and kept demanding the employee to honor them free icecream. Despite the employee telling them their rules and that they can’t just honor out free icecream, they asked for his name and threatened to call the manager 🙄. Threatening a service worker over a $4 scoop of icecream is so ridiculous and sad.
