The staff at this shop was cheery and engaging. So much better than the Northgate shop we visited recently. And the ice cream? Such an enticing variety, can't be beat. Nice clean shop with comfy chairs to sit in while enjoying your ice cream.
I was going in for some icecream and I saw this asian lady screaming at her employees, I don't know if she was the manager or what but the way she treats her employees is so unethical. Her clearly underaged workers seem worked to the bone what the hell! She needs more training on good team work.

I made a pick up order for Christmas not knowing they’re closed on the day. However, they called me and made sure the delivery was made on the time I asked for! She came to the store on Christmas just to hand me the cake, and because she did that our family was able to enjoy eating?

Lots of health code violations, does not follow labor laws with regards to minors. Fires minors for not being able to work school hours, when availability is given. Discriminates agains minor employees. I would not give this business one cent of my money.

This place needs a thorough cleaning and some love. The service was great, ice cream delicious, but the make-shift window coverings, rickety table, and dirt/dust in the windows, peeling signage on a counter where food is prepared, and just overall appearance made me nervous to purchase food here. Seems a few hours of scrubbing, some spiffing up of curtains/blinds, sturdy furniture, and replacing torn/worn items is long overdue. The location in Bellevue had a major facelift and it's awesome... hope this place is next in line. (Corporate... help fund a facelift for this owner please!)

This Baskin-Robbins has been serving the community for many years. Always had a fast and friendly staff.

You can't really go wrong with baskin robins ice cream but I really wish this one had just a little bit more outdoor seating. When we come, we make sure to plan to go to the Bothell landing park afterwards - but sometimes its just not practical for little legs to walk with melting ice cream across the busy parkinng lot of street.

Meh. Baskin Robbins needs to do a better job with dairy free options. They had only one flavor that was a sorbet. Nowadays it is very common for an ice cream shop to have a few dairy free ice creams (not sorbet). We ended up leaving bcz there wasn't something for everyone in our group. Be better! At least 3 of those 31 flavors should be dairy free.

Ice cream was alright, staff were super friendly. Main issue was there was no AC at this location. Feels odd for an ice cream place to have no air conditioning. Almost seemed like the ice cream was melting way too fast and we hadn't even left yet.
