I went last night for the tropical ticket ice cream I've been waiting to try. The last couple times I went in for ice cream their center freezer section was not working and they were missing a lot of the flavors. Now that it's fixed they have all the flavors and I finally got to try this one. Davian was very polite and patient while I also tried some other flavors that piqued my interest. He recommended the mango flavored ice cream to go with the tropical ticket flavor so I ordered one scoop of each in a cup and it was a perfect blend of tropical flavors; like I had been transported to Hawaii.

I would give 5 stars for the professionalism and great recommendation, but I did use the restroom while I was there and it had a strong urine odor, and they stock the hand soap with that awful cherry almond scented soap that dries out your skin and just smells bad.

They don’t use gloves. I literally watched a workers bare hand touch the inside of the ice cream tub on accident. He did nothing, didn’t even bother putting on gloves after. I can only imagine how much bacteria gets transferred between the scoops and ice creams. No thanks

Hours are posted wrong. Most of the year it Closes at 9pm Sunday-thurs, Friday and sat at 9:30pm. Summer it closes at 10 daily.

Worst experience in ordering from this store online. Website automatically took this location and I had worst experience getting the refund for my order from this store.

a real classic

This location is always staffed with friendly folks! They also do huge scoops! It can get busy on weekend afternoons but mostly when we visit there’s a reasonable amount of customers and the wait is always minimal. Clean store, yummy ice cream!

good ice creams

Went there last week and sat down to have my one single scoop of ice cream, which, after taxes cost me more than five dollars which was absolutely fine by me. What really I did not like was that the six customers that went to pay the girl at the register was completely disinqenuine right before you are about to pay, makes a compliment, anything she can find. For me it was a nice necklace for someone else it was nice earrings for someone else it was their hat. Now just to be clear, I don’t have anything against people giving out compliments but what I don’t like is a manipulation tactic that is used solely for the purposes of getting a tip. It just came across as saw inauthentic and I will not be going there..

The employee was kind of dumb.

Clean and tidy, nice place to have a double scoop, in a cone or cup.

Baskin robbins is good ice cream, but equally important the staff here is super friendly and courteous no matter how busy they are
