My wife went into pick up our order when she got home we realized that we got a completely different order than what we paid for it or what we wanted. So I called them and they were giving me a hard time and saying that I need to repay again and she was not listening to me on the phone and then while we were talking and she literally said the phone down and was helping other customers. So I kept her on the phone and drove all the way there walked in there and showed her that I was the one that was on the phone and she just left hanging. So I finally got them to remake it but only after 20 minutes of fighting with them I will not give them business anymore

I know times are hard but spending 40 bucks on two entrees just for it to be lower then mediocre is a sad day. This Beef teriyaki is something I can find in my schools cafeteria. The yokisoba was not loaded. Good chicken.
Ordered the chicken yakisoba to go, and it was served to me at the same time a person who ordered 10 minutes after me. There were only 6 pieces of chicken, and when I asked to order extra broccoli (totally willing to pay) was told no. No.
When I took it home there was a faint dish soap smell to it. Wild experience all around.

This is amongst the best teriyaki place I’ve been to! The food is consistently excellent, the staff is friendly, and the service is the best. The owners really keep up the quality and make sure the food comes out hot and the place remains clean. It’s a higher standard, here, with reasonable prices—I think a great value. The menu offers a great variety of dishes, and I opted for the chicken teriyaki. It was cooked to perfection – juicy, tender, and smothered in a rich, flavorful sauce that made each bite a delight. The rice and vegetables were fresh and well-prepared. The service was exceptional as well.
I highly recommend Bento Teriyaki to anyone looking for authentic teriyaki dishes in a pleasant setting. I will definitely be returning soon to try more items from their menu!
