I was shocked to find both fish scales and sharp bones in my chirashi bowl—something that should never happen in a dish meant to be safely consumed raw. This wasn’t just unpleasant; it was a serious safety hazard that could have caused injury.
What made the situation worse was the lack of accountability from the management. When I brought it to their attention, their response was unhelpful and dismissive. There was little effort to make things right, and no indication that they took the issue seriously.
Food safety should be a top priority, and so should customer care. Unfortunately, this experience showed a clear unwillingness to resolve a legitimate concern, which is deeply disappointing.

Ordered the shrimp and veg tempura, salmon roll and an eel+avocado roll. The tempura set was yummy and filling (~10 pieces). The eel+avo roll was good but there were a few bones I had to pick out. The salmon roll had huge salmon pieces which I appreciated, but the rice was undercooked. Service was good.

Been a long time customer for this restaurant, but food quality seems to degrade tremendously, likely our last order here, sad to say goodbye, but quality really matters, would prefer to increase price while maintaining high quality, I have to throw away few sushi, as they do not look healthy enough for eating

Went in here for lunch. We really enjoyed the food, beer and saki!! We have a veggie tempura platter first with our beer. Then we ordered the house saki and two rolls. The spicy girl roll and the volcano roll. But had fresh and delicious ingredients. Both had excellent flavors and sauces. The staff was polite and professional. We can't wait to return.
