I genuinely believe this is the best sushi and rolls in the entire Seattle area. The quality and flavor are consistently exceptional. The salmon in each piece of roll or nigiri is always fresh and plentiful. We've been ordering the same selection for our family every other night for the past five years, and it never disappoints!

My wife and I went here for dinner after seeing the good reviews for sushi in the area. We were seated immediately and were able to order sushi after seeing delicious pictures on the menu. The rolls were very tasty and filling. I got the Seahawks roll and the Phoenix roll, and my wife ordered Gyoza and the Black Dragon Roll, which all tasted great. The menu has a large selection, so you are sure to find something that fits your palette. The only complaint I had was the music. After sitting down and ordering, we realized that the music was very loud in the small restaurant, and the same song was playing over and over again. But not only that, we further realized it was the same 30-second verse the entire time, and you could hear where it restarted. It was also a very depressing song and ruined the mood, and I didn't feel hungry long after the realization. We asked our server if the music was repeating, and she said "yes" then walked away with no change for 20 more minutes. At 7:00pm sharp, the music switched to be quieter and on shuffle again, so we were able to finish the food. Overall, the food is very good but that music was horrible. 5/5 but for the music alone, -1 star.

Really tasty rolls and beautiful presentation! Price for this boat (5 kinds of rolls), Ramen, and a glass of Japanese beer - around $104.

I love sushi restaurants but this one came up a bit short. We ordered 4 rolls for the three of us ( should have got three as it was too much food). While pretty to look at, they just didn't taste as fresh as I would have hoped. The same goes the bento box we ordered for our grandson. Extremely dry chicken. To be honest, it seemed like it was end of the week and time to get rid of the older product.

Service was adequate. Would have been nice to be asked how our food was.

Three stars for a quite average meal. Will come back again to give them another shot.

I'm not someone who typically enjoys sushi but Big Fish changed that! Service is usually pretty attentive. Wait staff are always friendly which I appreciate. The atmosphere is nice but not great hence my 4 star. The sushi was very good! I'd recommend dining here if you enjoy sushi OR want to introduce someone to sushi!

Parking: I've never had a problem parking here but the parking lot is fairly small.

Great place to pop in for a Japanese lunch. Menu has a selection of westernised dishes as well as many more traditional ones. Many of the staff seem to be bilingual, too, so it may be a good choice if you're looking to practice ordering in Japanese and other proper Japanese dining etiquette.
