The food wasn't that good. I had a cookie and it was decent but the hot chocolate didn't taste like hot chocolate at all. Everything else was pretty good though.

This is my favorite Cafe Ladro location. In fact, when I am in Seattle and have the opportunity to visit their other locations, I usually prefer other cafés in those neighborhoods. But, if you're on the north side, this place has the best coffee, the nicest employees, and an all around great vibe. Can't recommend it enough, and there's nowhere else nearby that holds a candle to it.

Coffee was decent. Pastry was meh. Definitely not fresh. Paid roughly $20 including a tip. Seems like a cool place to hangout but for that money I am.expecting an absolutely top notch coffee and a great tasting pastry. Sadly fell short on both. Hard to recommend.

Love this coffee spot!! The drive thru makes it super easy when I'm in a rush, but I actually really enjoy spending time in the lobby! The baristas are always nice and friendly to me, and if I ever have an issue with my order they are super understanding and will remake my drink, which I appreciate. The manager obviously cares a lot about the store and I've seen her go above and beyond for customers in the past. It does get busy at certain times, but I think it's worth the wait. The prices are high I will say, although I definitely prefer Ladro coffee over anything I make at home! I see a lot of the same people come in every week, and my grandpa has been coming here for years and years so they must be doing something right!

This is the most expensive coffee in all of the surrounding area. A 16oz coffee is over $8. Usually the coffees are alright or outright not worth the overprice.

Whom ever took my drink order & then wrote it on the cup = A+ Whom ever prepared my my drink = D- Whom ever handed me my items = A+
Hard to truly rate as three people were involved. Paid $14 for disappointment and burnt my tongue. As “not too hot” was my main request and “NTH” was also written big on the cup.

I waited for about 10 minutes before I realized my coffee had been mistakenly given to the drive-thru customer. The customer at the window was actively complaining and returned the drink to the barista. In a blatant disregard for health standards, I then watched the barista take that returned, contaminated coffee and hand it to me as my order. By this point, nearly 15 minutes had passed, and I had to leave. This level of slowness, combined with an employee's obvious lack of care for hygiene, is unacceptable. I will never return.
Great lattes but I'm not used to paying $10 for one.

Always great coffee and very delicious food. Much, much better than any major brand conglomerate brand of coffee house. The service is supior to most coffee places. Actually the staff always knows what I want as I approach the drive through. The only negative i can think of is the laptop people occupy the inside seats for way too long and you don't have a seat to quickly have your coffee and food. Wish they would put a time limit.
A good place for a meeting once a month.
