This place is not clean/hygienic. Food areas are wiped with dirty towels. Food is literally swimming in smelly oil. Floor is very dirty. And inside it stays cold and loud obnoxious music.

Our go to for Rava Dosa, Masala Dosa, Kashmiri Kulcha, Chole Bhatura, Jalebi, Gobi Manchurian. The chutneys and sambar are not the best but they are not spicy and thus, kids and people not into burning hot spice will like it. Overall, food is tasty with a little kick, not too hot that it takes away from the taste. The high chairs are nasty and could be better taken care. Still we come back to this place regularly as the price is right.

our go to place for Indian vegetarian food in bothell when we don’t want to plan anything and just want Indian food fast. The staff is friendly, the place is clean and service is good. Its very good value and the whole family has plenty of variety to choose from without repeating the menu if we don’t want to.

They take an order but never deliver.
They give curry thats not even sufficient for one Poori and ask us to buy additional curry. Are they selling Pooris or curry? All other times were just okay and staff was very rude.

Wide menu and plenty of options.
But the food rarely tastes good.
I don't think I am coming back ever.

Overpriced
Extremely poor service. Complete disregard for people’s time. They can give you a pickup time but 99% time you end up waiting an extra 15 to 30 minutes because they start preparing one you’re there
The food is okay. I could eat it once in a while if I really miss Indian food. It’s not the best but I’d eat it as it’s hard to find real Indian taste here.
HoweveR what’s very annoying about this place is the service. Especially if you’ve a takeout order. They totally disregard and disrespect your time. We placed a catering order to be picked at 6 pm. So they should’ve been ready at 6. It should have been a 2 minute detour for me. However, I reach the place, make payment and they take their sweet time to make or parcel the thing. What was supposed to be a 2 minute detour ends up being 35 minute wait for me. Meanwhile, my guests have started to arrive and I reach home after my guests.

I had to repeat my order several times — the cashier looked serious and never smiled, which made the whole experience quite frustrating.

We ordered takeout food yesterday, but unfortunately, the items we received at pickup did not match what we had ordered. We had requested the Gobi Paratha Thali, but instead received the Aloo Paratha Thali. This was particularly disappointing because it was an Indian festival day, and my spouse was observing a fast. She didn’t say much, but I could clearly see the disappointment on her face when we realized the mistake.
We had also ordered a Paneer Paratha Thali, but the paratha was quite dry and hard, with very little stuffing.
The salad was not fresh.
The curries included were okay okay. Aloo and onion parantha were decent.
When I called to report the incorrect order, the staff mentioned that they had simply packed what was provided by the kitchen. They were polite and did apologize, but I’m not confident that any corrective action will be taken based on this feedback.

Gobi 65 Biryani is flavorful but extremely oily
I visited Chaat House in Bothell area and had a good experience. The atmosphere was cozy but not too welcoming. The staff was focused more on the delivery and pickup orders. I ordered masala dosa, chilli paneer and dahi bhalla
which was very tasty and they were managing the orders efficiently. The portion size was good as well, and the price was in comparison to other places plus you get 10% discount if you pay by cash or don’t forget to bring it here. The seating was quite enough for decent amount of people, and the ambiance was enhanced by
south indian music and self service. Parking was easy and had a lot of parking nearby to park, and the wait time was decent as well. I’d recommend
this place for families, casual dinners just for decent food for decent price and definitely not for the ambience.
