“This was the worst experience ever! I’m never coming back to this place. How long does it take to prepare a dosa and a Mysore dosa? We waited for over an hour while people who arrived after us were served first. To make matters worse, the food was undercooked. Highly disappointing!”

Tried Raj Kachori from this location and it was horrible. Even after being socked in curd/chutney for 45 minutes, it was so hard that I wasn’t able to eat it with a stainless steel spoon at home. Had to break it from hands and the outer layer was so dry it had no taste even with curd/chutney.

Pathetic hospitality experience at Chaat house. Normally I refrain from writing bad but this just hit my mind.
After waiting 25 mins for an order, the guy said , we are giving you 3 Bondas instead of ordered 4 because the size is big😊😊😊. When I said why did you kept us waiting when you don't have stuff, the reply is " we are very busy and we are humans not machines". I cancelled my order and came back and decided not to visit the place again...

I had samosa chat and dahi puri. Both of them lacked authentic making. Samosa chat was semi cooked chole with samosa, excess turmeric and slightly salty. Samosa chat- 1/5, dahi puri 3/5. Ambience was clean, service was good.

Had been to Chat house this week. Good service and food was great. We tried lot of items and all are good except Paladins chat ( too much Tamarind and Yogurt). Dosa , Aloo Ticki and Samosa chat were great. Vada pav is ok, don’t try if you love Vada Pav. Nice ambience and service was good. Self service restaurant . I definitely recommend to this restaurant

Some really nice helpful and quick but several are ambivalent and lackluster.

Please try to be cleaner: slick floors & after months of build up in plain sight it doesn't seem to dawn on anyone to clean hand dryer - much less door knobs.

The worst aloo tikki chaat and sev puri. No curd in it. The jalebis are soggy and the mango shake was just pure sugar no mango taste at all. 🤮I didn’t take any picture because I had to discard the food after a bite.

Really bad food. We are all sick after eating their pav bhaji. I don’t know why their food tastes and feels so bad. Please don’t bother going here.

Only restaurant I know which refuses to let you order what you want. Wanted to order 10 chapatis and 32oz curries. They flat out refused saying they need chapatis for their other customers. I guess there's a first for everything :D

I tried aloo tiki chat. It lacked the explosion of flavors l was looking for. The "gentleman" serving was rude for no reason. Regretted driving 40 minutes to try out a new restaurant.
