Recently went to this chick fil a during the power outage. There were about 5 million people there and an issue with the in person orders but everyone working were so gracious throughout, doing an amazing job trying to help everyone and incredibly kind to all of us! I was waiting with my toddler and ended up having to leave but they were accommodating in the face of an extremely stressful situation!

Horrible service and terrible people. I asked for ONE item with no cheese on it, I even clarified multiple times. The idiot outside clearly didn't care about the allergy and didn't even put no cheese on the receipt. I didn't find out until I was home and unable to drive there.
I tried calling 3x and nobody has answered. This is purely them stealing money from me at this point.

i ordered breakfast at 10:27, got there at 10:30 to pick up and apparently since i wasn’t there at 10:29:59 or earlier, the order couldn’t be honored despite having ordered BEFORE the cut off. this is something you could easily disclose in the ordering process, that you have to be there in person before the cut off which defeats the whole purpose of ordering prior to arriving. this was particularly frustrating since i tapped im here at 10:30 however your cutoff is 10:29:59.999, which is not clear until you get burned
defeats the whole purpose of advance ordering since regardless of time you order, you have to be there in person for the preparation of the food to start. i understand this is done for freshness reasoning but that should be up to me and not meeting some loophole requirements such as clicking i’m here immediately after ordering to meet the 10:29:59.9999 deadline. anywho, seems like fine print weirdness no one got time for.

One of the slowest Chick-fil-A I have been to in the area. Good food. Mostly friendly staff. The parking lot was chaotic.
The food wasn't great there was no salt on the fries and the chicken strips were cold and they were out of ketchup??, the service was also not good the person taking forgot the menu didn't ask us if we needed sauce and didn't say my pleasure.
As a vegetarian, I was excited that I could order a salad w/o chicken and pay a reduced price. However, disappointed when I got home and missing was the salad topping and dressing for salad…essentially just got a bowl of lettuce with a few pieces of corn, beans and cheese. Very disappointing.

Food was quick even though it was packed and taste better than most fast food locations. Person who brought my food however gave zero eye contact and didn't talk and just stared at my wife cleavage the entire time he was bringing our food. Very weird.
Kid-friendliness: High chairs and play area for kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: You can use a wheelchair here and there's handicap parking.
Very nice place to play kids indoor. Setup was nice like car and having slides too. Kids will surely enjoy this place. Kids meals also there. We had chicken nuggets, potato fries and chocolate milk along with two chicken burger ? cost around $23. Tastes too good, they having spl mayonnaise and sauce. All should try once..
