They overcharge you. I mean the menu price and the actual charges are different. Got video on this. Check your receipt. Already contacted the operator and the corporate. What infuriates me is that the staff claims they can’t fix this responded like they have been there many times. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Yall are rude for treating drivers like garbage. Adapt to a faster system, like most restaurants do. Stop wasting our time; we don't get paid hourly. We can't wait 10 to 15 minutes to drive 5 miles and make $6 to $7 from DoorDash. Someone told me that if they make you wait too long and don't offer a coupon or apology, the customer won't receive their full order. Your forcing nice ppl to adapt to that system. Great job
This was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at any fast food service in my life. Me and my brother walked in they weren’t to busy nobody waiting in line nobody waiting for food, but when we ordered I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and my brother orders his 2 sandwiches separately his food came up within 3 minutes ish fast asf I was impressed but when my order came up they sat it on the back counter and walked away. That’s not even the worst of it one of the workers that was hading out food and spilled 2 drinks while trying to hand it to the door dash driver that came in, no biggy right? Think again she ended up grabbing more drinks and was setting them on back counter and absolutely dumped that cup on my bag of food and was like oops we need to remake this and set the bag to the left a little more. The other worker comes back out and is not even paying any attention, hands me the bag soaking wet with the sandwiches hanging out the bottom of the bag I was in such disbelief. I’m Not saying this will be your experience but it was mine so I probably won’t be back to this location.
I’m so happy with how Jaclyn (I might have misread the name tag, she has long curly hair in top knot dyed blonde) assisted me today. I forgot to collect my drink during the pick up and she came running to give it to me outside the store. She also ensured to take a second lap (my hands were full) to grab me a spare straw too! She was so polite and respectful, she deserves a raise!
Around 3/4 weeks ago my grandmother came to this location and while walking in she fell and slipped. When asked for help we were told they were “too busy” and couldn’t come help her. This incident happened in the restaurant entrance and it’s VERY unprofessional and upsetting that no one came to help my grandmother. She was clearly hurt and bleeding and the managers didn’t seem to care at all. Very unhappy with this location which clearly doesn’t care about their customers. So disappointed.

TWICE I’ve attempted to get delivery from Chick-fil-A at Canyon Park in Bothell & both times it’s been screwed up. First time the order was completely wrong. Wrong sandwich, wrong side & no drink. 2nd time, I have no idea what the food was like because the driver never arrived! Even after delivering to the wrong address & I contacted Door Dash, they assured me the driver would re-deliver within “5 minutes”, I never received my food. I won’t reorder from this restaurant.

One of the best fried chicken sandwich I have tasted.
The management is awful at this Chick-fil-A. I got chicken tenders that seemed underdone, I asked if I could get them swapped out and they said because I had already eaten parts of it, I couldn’t. I ended up getting severely sick. I reached out to their management online and I was told that I would get a call in the next 1 to 2 business days. I never did receive that call but I randomly received an email from Chick-fil-A saying proof of receipt which gave me a refund for a measly $6.80 for the tenders. All I wanted, was someone to apologize for the experience and acknowledgment that the manager did not do the right thing here. I had extremely painful food poisoning for three days after this. For a business that promotes their customer satisfaction always quoting, “my pleasure”, they really don’t seem to care about the individual when it comes down to it because I was severely sick and no one ever even apologized or acknowledged it. I will never be returning to this Chick-fil-A. I’ve never had a worse experience at any Chick-fil-A and I’ve been to many.
Side note: I used to live right by this location years ago and would frequent it, never had issues. It’s really gone downhill since then which leads me to believe it’s management.
