Service is outstanding. Prices and food quality are incredibly bad. No way yall charging me resteraunt prices. Was $17 for a nugget meal. Literally could go sit down at a resteraunt and eat for cheaper. Blows my mind people paying these prices lmao

Definitely encountered the C team a few nights ago - bunch of teenagers just goofing off and rushing people out. Ordered two spicy sandwiches, only got 1 spicy with cheese that was cold. When I went inside, the FOH manager had to plead another employee to get him a replacement. When we asked for the second one, the other employee was taking a long time grabbing it (trying to be funny I guess), to the point that the manager had to say "please just hand it over already since I don't have gloves". The employee apologized to us and when she left the manager said "UGH, that one is the worst". Seems like everyone, including the manager, doesn't care and is just there cause they have to.

I was surprised at how nice and courteous all of the people were here. The food was good. And they actually have Coke products too. And milkshakes. I’ve never been to this chain of restaurants before but I will be back soon.Kid-friendliness: Surprised to find a separated play area with a kids car lifted up high off the ground, that kids can play on.

Love chick-fil-a, but this is the by far the worst location. They are always forgetting items, sauce, etc.. the food is really hit or miss here and has zero consistency. Salad is usually always missing items or something else is wrong like getting literally chicken crumbs as the chicken on the salad.

Lately not so good .Fries are like " REFRESHED" small down in bottom no straw in sack . No sauce in sack . Love this place but maybe it's hard to get kids to work these shifts. I like this company and employees just hoping he dont become a McDonald's. I want to give 5stars .

Most recently ordered a spicy southwest salad and the person taking the order ASSumed I wanted grilled chicken. Didn't bother asking me. Didn't repeat it back to me either so I could catch the mistake. So I don't catch it til later. Waste of gas and time getting it fixed. In the last 5 times coming here, my orders have been wrong/incomplete/switched on at least 4 of them. Should probably re-train the staff because that's a bit ridiculous.

Ordered 4 sandwiches. We Asked for a mayo packet for each. The guy who took the order put in 4 mayo because it shows on the receipt but only two mayo packs were provided. We already drove away by the time we found out, rendering two $8 sandwiches inedible.

How can you forget putting the chick fil a sauce inside the bag?
I'm not sure what's up with this location, but every other time I go here something drastically gets messed up with my orders and is either missing or gets swapped for another item. Today I ordered sausage and cheese biscuit no egg and instead I got sausage and egg no cheese. In the past I've ordered nuggets and gotten strips or vise versa. Overall very annoying and makes me want to drive further to the Lynnwood or Everett locations.
