We like Chipotle and often visit this place. Today we ordered 3 burrito bowls as part of a Chipotle fundraiser event for a school. However I forgot to present the flyer before paying for the order. I asked them if they could refund the order and recharge me after including the details of the fundraiser. They refused to accommodate. It would take a minute of their time and would have helped generate goodwill for the fundraiser that they were already part of. I am annoyed and disappointed.

Everything was extremely salty to a point that we can’t eat any of it.
I went earlier today and my tortilla was MOLDY. I'm beyond disappointed. I went to complain to the staff, and they were completely unapologetic. They refused to cooperate and give us anything to compensate. I've never experienced such horrible service.

I LOVE THIS CHIPOTLE THEY SHOULD HAVE 5 STARS! I’m literally editing my review to review AGAIN because they are just so nice and fast and seamless and they smile at you and work together as a team and it just is the easiest best quick work lunch.
Original review: I just had the smoothest work lunch experience of my life - super quick easy mobile order, ready right when I got there, everything is DELICIOUS and so fresh. You get a lot for the price. Super flavorful. Honestly just all around 10/10 I felt compelled to write a review bc I’m having a great time eating my lunch and everyone should know so they can experience this too

This is worst Chipotle location I have ever been to.
We ordered the kids meal cheese quesadilla with rice and beans. They forgot to make cheese quesadillas(honest mistake), went back to ask to make it. Lady at the counter told us since we took 2 beans they will not make the cheese quesadillas. My wife told lady that kid cannot eat raw tortillas, and told to remove the beans and make the cheese quesadillas(remind you we are vegetarian and beans is our source of protein and price include chicken by default).
Lady( lady with glasses and hat) threw the entire plate and made us the cheese quesadilla(whats the point). This time she filled the beans 1/4 when confronted about the other location she told me side is 1 oz only. Sides were 3-4 spoons. I try to reason with her and told her to fill that up at least. But she didn’t agree stating the original response of 1oz.
As vegetarians, beans are our child’s main protein source, especially since the kids’ meal price already includes meat by default. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled left us with a kids’ meal that consisted of a quesadilla with minimal rice and beans far from a balanced meal.
We ended up returning the whole order, even though I really didn’t want to waste food. It just didn’t feel right the way we were treated. I’ve never had an experience like this before.
This branch of chipotle is intentionally reducing the portion size, read other reviews online. If they didn’t had a Chipotle as brand name, they would have been closed long time back.

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but my experience at this location during the lunch shift was disappointing. The lady serving was very rude and gave the smallest portions, especially for protein items. When you’re paying full price, you expect fair portions and respectful service. Unfortunately, this was not the case.
I hope management looks into this, as customer experience and portion consistency are very important

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Second time I’ve put an order in online for pick up in store and it takes forever. First time waited for at least 30 minutes after the time I was given for the order to be ready, second time there is literally nobody in line in the store but they refuse to put the order together and take it off the online order list. Stood here looking at the empty line for about another 30 minutes before they even started to put my order together. Never order online from this place. You will waste at least 30 minutes to an hour waiting when you could just walk in and get the food in less than 10 minutes

Update after a year... reducing stars because their credit card machine is broken... Come on already... fix the machine... The employee training needs work... They could've said order online...

Drive-thru is meant for those who ordered ahead of time. If others pull up and their food isn't ready, they should be asked to wait in parking spot or go back through the line so those of us who have orders ready can grab and go, like it's intended to be. Waiting 10+ minutes us ridiculous
