The burrito was soo small I don’t think the staff member knows how proportions work it was soo small my hand was bigger than the whole burrito

DO NOT GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE! Rude employees that can’t speak English, tables ALWAYS dirty with people just standing around staring off into to space. Absolutely 0 consistency on quality of food. I’d fire everyone at this location and start over.

Can you get healthier Mexican food, yes you can. Get a salad bowl, no rice, black beans, variety of good proteins, lots of different add-ons. When I want less health, freshly made I love PNW's, Taco Time. Chipotle is a very close runner up. Staff is always friendly, food is very good, flavorful and fresh.

Ugh this place has gotten so much worse over time. A few years ago, chipotle retired their “secret menu” quesadilla under the guise of consistency. And while the replacement version has always been a worse value to the consumer, it hasn’t ever been bad. Until today. I paid two extra dollars for carne asada and received half of a quesadilla. The other half was 70% a double folded tortilla and had exactly two pieces of steak in it and almost no cheese.

The worker tossed items into the bag, causing the bag to rip. The worker was quite rude, as she rolled her eyes frequently, and her behavior caused property damage. Her actions caused the bag to tear, resulting in clothes being stained and ruined.

This round employee tossed the items in, causing the bag to rip and stain clothes. They also ignored most inquiries and packed the food as they pleased. The employee who packed my food also rolled her eyes repeatedly, tossing items.

Of all the Chipotle locations I have visited, this one is truly among the best. The food is consistently fresh, the restaurant is always clean, and the customer service is exceptional. The manager, Daniela, demonstrates excellent professionalism—she is friendly, patient, and highly attentive to the needs of both the customers and the store. I highly recommend this location.

Chipotle is one of my favorites but this is the second time I had a poor experience at this location. Every time I do mobile pickup, I end up waiting 15+ min in the drive thru when my app says the food is ready. No one bothers greeting you or at least letting you know if they’re behind, they just avoid eye contact and look like they’re inwardly hoping you go away. They also forgot veggies on my bowl. I miss the days when good customer service mattered. 😔

The staff have no idea how to properly handle food when told About food, allergies. Very few understand much English, which makes it very challenging to prevent food sensitive kids for getting sick. Makes me question if any of them actually have their food handlers permit at this point.

I visited this place today and ordered a veggie bowl. Just as I was about to finish my meal, I found a piece of meat in it. Maybe it was just that one piece, or maybe I had already eaten more without realizing it — I’m not sure. When I told the manager, she just said “sorry.” I think there should be some kind of accountability for this.
