Absolutely abysmal customer service.

We walked in to get a box of ice cream bars. We stood at the counter for over 5 minutes without a single acknowledgement. Nobody even walked by.

Eventually one person walked by and noticed us, and proceeded to tell somebody in the office. By this point, there were 6 people waiting.

The guy in the office walked out, and while talking into his AirPods, rang up our box of ice cream bars for over $20.

The irony is the front counter wall displays the “trainings” and “certifications” of the employees customer service, but these employees could clearly care less.

Super high prices compared to other dairy queens. Broken ordering machine. Super small portions on the food we did order. Ended up spending 30 dollars on 4 chicken strips and two things of cheese curds

I went in with my husband and we ordered 2 ice creams. It took about 10 minutes to get his ice cream and after 15 minutes my husband had to ask them to make my ice cream. There was no one else in the store and there had only been 4 cars going through the drive-through.

This DQ is in a very bad area. Lots of homeless around, employees can’t get orders correct. Didn’t even get a receipt for rewards. Pass this one up.

New owners and it really gone down hill.

I came by a few minutes before closing, and Soni was nice enough to take my order. Recommend!

I pulled up at 10:45 to get a blizzard. Their schedule says they’re open till 1130 but they were already closed. This is the second time this has happened. I need to fix their hours online or start closing when they’re scheduled to close.

Wasn’t aware a blizzard was supposed to have the same consistency of an expired milkshake. McDonald’s has better ice cream than this place they’re more concerned with moving the line than making quality ice cream.

Drive thru is very bad. Girl would not understand my order and told me to drive up and when I did she yelled at me saying she couldn’t understand me like it was my fault. Bad management and bad service. DONT RECOMMEND!!!

Gave my delivery driver the wrong order, wouldn’t answer their phone after multiple attempts. Thankfully got a quick refund from Uber Eats, but disappointed to not have gotten the correct order.
