Food was mid and blizzard was so melted they didn't turn it upside down. Would not recommend for the price at all.

Probably one of our worst fast food experiences we have had in years. While I'm sure the worker was trying their best, the transaction was difficult to complete due to the language barrier and lack of knowledge about menu items. We only ordered a blizzard and a swirl cone. The order was messed up and we got charged for two blizzards initially. I can't imagine how difficult it would have been to order food or multiple more items. The blizzard itself was very melted and more milkshake like and one of the mix in items just didn't taste right. We will not be coming back

Had not been in over a year since the last experience was not great. They have not improved. Ordered chicken strips. The gravy was super hot, which was great. It helped to almost warm the very very cold strips and fries. (after 2 bites I gave up and tossed it). Serving hot food is not that hard. Twice tried, and twice colder than the soupy blizzards they often serve.

Terribly run restaurant, takes absolutely forever to make your order, and when you come in you have to wait 15 minutes just for someone to talk to you. Management here is terrible

Ignored for 10 minutes to then wait 25 more for 2 burgers? Staff sitting filing her nails by the door? Then asking me twice have I ordered? Needs some form of control or better management

honestly just skip this location, the chances of you getting the correct item, or charged correctly are slim to none. a majority of the employees don’t speak ANY english and will not take your order correctly. i ordered 1 heath cup an item off the menu, and it took them 3 separate tries and ended up overcharging me. the employee WILL sigh at you at refuse to fix their mistakes. i had to argue with them to charge me correctly and remake it.

Absolutely abysmal customer service.

We walked in to get a box of ice cream bars. We stood at the counter for over 5 minutes without a single acknowledgement. Nobody even walked by.

Eventually one person walked by and noticed us, and proceeded to tell somebody in the office. By this point, there were 6 people waiting.

The guy in the office walked out, and while talking into his AirPods, rang up our box of ice cream bars for over $20.

The irony is the front counter wall displays the “trainings” and “certifications” of the employees customer service, but these employees could clearly care less.

Super high prices compared to other dairy queens. Broken ordering machine. Super small portions on the food we did order. Ended up spending 30 dollars on 4 chicken strips and two things of cheese curds

I went in with my husband and we ordered 2 ice creams. It took about 10 minutes to get his ice cream and after 15 minutes my husband had to ask them to make my ice cream. There was no one else in the store and there had only been 4 cars going through the drive-through.

This DQ is in a very bad area. Lots of homeless around, employees can’t get orders correct. Didn’t even get a receipt for rewards. Pass this one up.

New owners and it really gone down hill.
