Was double charged and the manager said I'd get my refunded. It's been almost 11 days and they have lied to me twice about refunding my order. This location will not answer phone calls to resolve issues, they will double charge and lie to you about it. Please be careful

What a joke for a store! I've been trying to order a birthday cake for the last four days. I have left four messages for a return phone call just to order a cake. They don't answer their phone, They don't return their phone calls. Why do they have a phone? Find another Dairy Queen any other Dairy Queen

They are pulling prefixed PBF out of the freezer! The ice cream was hard ice cream! The hot fudge was frozen. There were a few peanuts on the top, none on a second level! So disappointed!
I just wanted a Blizzard and my husband wanted a chocolate sundae with cherry topping. So here is where we ended up. DQ has so many choices...the crew was great. My husband doesn't hesitate to tell them what he wants. Not just a regular sundae. With extra hot fudge etc. etc. etc. He was happy!

Truthfully it was the worst experience of my life. I've never had people just be so rude for no reason if I could give it zero or less I would. There is no reason to yell at someone for there own misunderstanding, its a lot to get into, but highly recommend going elsewhere. This place is just not worth your own safety or mental health.

The worst Dairy Queen I have ever seen that attitude towards customers is hrendis. The guy got the order rong twice and then got mad because of it and started shouting at my son

If I could give you guys any advice, it would be to stop trying to save money by serving old/cold/barely warm fries. We love DQ, and we're so excited to move near one. It's been over a year since we have started going to this DQ, and not once have we received fresh/hot fries. About 3 months ago my son stopped requesting to go to DQ in Bothell, because he was over the old/barely warm fries. Whoever is making the decision to try and save money in food costs by serving not fresh food is to blame when this location closes, as I predict it will eventually. Usually DQ's are busy and there is a long line at the drive thru. Not at location! I'm sure we are not the only family who has had consistent food quality issues from here. It's sad, because our family loves DQ, just not this location in Bothell!
