Their response was understanding and thoughtful, offering a resolution that exceeded my expectations.I recognise the complexities involved in running a food service business and appreciate the franchise owner's efforts to address my concerns professionally. This is our go-to pizza shop at Thrashers Corner. Although I've found some Dominos locations understaffed and unreliable, THIS location is consistently awesome. Amanda leads a staff of good-natured, helpful, attentive pizza wranglers. They go out of their way to customize orders, they take responsibility for making things right, and I've never had a bad order from here. (30+ orders over the past 6 years.) I have no problem tipping them generously because, having previously worked in the food industry for 10 years, it can be a thankless job—but they always fulfill or exceed expectations. Long live Domino's pan pizza!!

I’ve been years getting my pizzas from them and it’s been always top notch, even my last pizza I’ve just eaten is perfect. Today I’ve decided to get next to my pizzas, chicken wings and a sandwich. Obviously I shall never do this mistake again. The chicken is definitely not a real chicken, it’s just fat wrapped with chicken skin. Not a single piece of meat. I got the first piece of chicken wing, I spit my first bite. I grabbed the second piece hoping to be better, but also was just a bite of fat. I threw the rest. The Philly steak sandwich was just bland, I ate half of it only. Still I must admit, the pizza is superb and perfect. A lesson I’ve learned after many years eating from Domino’s, my orders shall be limited to only Pizza and Lava cake.

I'd give 4.5 stars, but we'll round up.From a food standpoint, the pizza is top-notch; superior to Zeeks, MOD, and Maltby.++There's a thin, delightfully crispy layer of fat on the crust which isn't too much, but really improves the texture.++The default sauce is just sweet enough and not too thin.++I got additional shredded provolone on top, so I reduced the baseline cheese quantity to "light." This was a good call. The grease level was just right. The general cheese profile was ideal in this configuration.++Arrived hot on a Friday night during the holiday season, and I live in unincorporated nowhere, so this was quite a feat. Delivery guy did a good job.++Price is considerably lower than local sit-down places, and the delivery fee was surprisingly low, too.As for my complaints:--Meat toppings are a bit sparse by default; you can't select "heavy" when ordering online, only "normal," so I would advise adding at least two meat toppings to your order to compensate.--Their pizza cutter seems to be dull. It's a nuisance to try to pull a piece out of the box and end up ripping it apart. I hope they keep their cutters sharper in the future.--Cheesy bread side dish was cut unevenly, leading to irregular piece sizes.Although I'd like to order again, I doubt my body would thank me. When next I have an occasion to order pizza, however, I'll certainly be getting Domino's.

Whoever delivered to my place on 9/23 at 3:40pm can't read. The door has a do not knock sign. The delivery updates are sufficient, my dogs are severely reactive after someone broke our door down earlier this year. Have never had any other employee do this and we get deliveries once or twice per month.
