They are always on par with their food and service. I order the exact same thing every time (1/2lb spicy, 2 bbq ranch, 1 extra roll) and it always comes out spectacular! I could not recommend ezells enough. Only recommendation I have to the staff is to make sure you fill those sauce containers all the way ;)

Fresh, delicious, prompt and friendly! The environment inside is clean and welcoming, which I appreciate while waiting to take home my order - I almost exclusively order takeout for my family since this is on my way home from a few places I often visit. Ezell's never disappoints - wonderful comfort food!

Ordered 16 pieces combo at 5:14, it is now 5:55. Still waiting for my order, about 20 customers come and gone already. They told me they were out of spicy, so you’re telling me all of those customers had regular chicken only and you couldn’t cook any batch of chicken in 40 minutes? They didn’t start packing my orders until I went up to them multiple times.

If you're craving a meat-and-three meal or some Southern comfort food, Ezell's is the spot to hit—no wonder Oprah’s a fan! ?

This Bothell/Mill Creek location serves up made-from-scratch fried chicken that reminds me of local joints in Nashville. The chicken is juicy, the spicy okra is on point, and the sides like baked beans, mashed potatoes, and heritage mac 'n' cheese are tasty... Their yeast rolls are so good too!

The staff were friendly and fast, making our visit a great experience. One tip: the fountain drinks taste a bit off, so I'd go for a bottled option drink option... (Their bottled sweet tea is much better than the machine version.)

Mediocre fried chicken place if you are looking for juicy spicy chicken sandwiches and tenders.
We got the spicy tenders which was meh along with some mediocre cajun fries. Not spicy at all
The staff was nice and friendly and the place was clean but not visiting this place again

I had gotten take out but the food was well done packed and ready upon my arrival. I didn’t have to wait at all despite a busy Friday evening. The girl behind the counter was very sweet and attended to my order promptly and without issue. Love this local joint!

Parking: Surrounding the restaurant are a few parking spots but on a slanted surface and really difficult to get into if it’s a busy time.
