Had always been a fan of Fusion India’s food but had never actually dined in until their recent renovation. The place is much bigger now and has a great vibe. The ambiance is very Bollywood-themed, which adds a fun touch, and the seating is comfortable too.

Coming to the food—we travel all the way from SLU every time we’re craving good Indian food, and this place never disappoints. The flavors feel very close to home, and the staff is attentive, friendly, and quick with service.

The Indo-Chinese dishes are fantastic, and the rotis and curries are always on point. Definitely worth the trip every single time.

A special thanks to the staff Hasan who recommended the dish I tried—it turned out to be amazing and definitely the highlight of the meal. I really appreciated the thoughtful suggestion and friendly service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We had a great time here! As a vegetarian, I really enjoyed Manchurian, Tripple rice Sizzler and brownie for dessert.

And yeah, Saturdays they have live Bollywood music.

Ordered four items - 2 of them were extremely salty, one was very hard to eat and the fourth was okay.

Had a really nice experience at Fusion India. We ordered a few regular Indian dishes but with their unique twist, and everything came out really good. The flavors were well balanced and the presentation was great. The drinks were nice too and paired well with the food. Overall, a great spot if you’re looking to try familiar Indian dishes with a creative touch.

Nicely renovated bollywood themed restaurant. Needed a prior reservation on a rather fully booked Tuesday night. Good music but a bit too loud for us. Service could get a little better. Kinda pricey but there seems to be great demand for the place. Food arrived quickly. Tried panner dangal, veg manchurian, paneer and chicken gabbar which were decent. Dhaba style chicken is a bit sweet for our taste. Ordered everything spicy but not nothing seemed spicy for group of five people. Average naans and below average rumali roti. I’m a bit picky when it comes to biryani and the panner and goat biryanis here were surprisingly delicious and turned out to be the best. Will visit again for biryani.

Edit: went there for a lunch on a sunday and had a great experience. Tried a bunch of items and everything was delicious except the goat dum biryani. Jalebi desert was well presented and tasty except for a bit of frozen cake in the middle.

1. Ambience and presentation is good.
2. Food portions are small.
3. Indi Chinese fusion foods are highly spicy.
4. Platters are heavy due to iron skillets, staff does not serve.
5. We asked for sofa seating, we were told those are reserved, however we spent 1.5 hours but those sofa seats are barely filled. I don’t understand why restaurant staff offer for the guests when they are keeping them empty.

We stopped by for a Monday lunch and had the place to ourselves, which was a great decision! The service was excellent—quick and attentive—and the overall vibe and decor are really cool.
We tried several dishes, and most were hits:
Burning Train (Chicken Tangdi) & Paneer Pataka Tikka: Both were very good, and the presentation was a standout.
Aamchi Street Pav Bhaji: Absolutely loved this.
Dubai Chocolate Cake: The multiple layers were fantastic.
Drinks: The Masala Thumsup was so good we had to order a second round, and the Mango Lassi was perfectly thick.
Others: The Paani Puri Shots were a fun treat, and the Schezwan Noodles were nice and spicy (though they definitely deserve a more creative name like the rest of the menu!).
The only minor note was that my wife found the Chicken Kolhapuri Kebab a bit salty, though it tasted fine to me. Parking was a breeze, which is always a plus. We’ll definitely be back, likely sticking to weekdays to enjoy that same quiet, relaxed atmosphere
