Been a customer at this location for the last 4 years and have never had an issue with redeeming my birthday drink a day later especially with my busy 6am-6:30pm schedule. Girls were not accommodating.

Quantum Shade
This place is great for breakfast. The food is of good quality and good for drinks. The service is amazing the people are kind and fun to talk to. The atmosphere is nice and cozy with the small hut signs/lights. The price is in the mid-high range. Also, the wait isn't too long as there are two sides to the place. It's also next to the handy mart so it's a convenient one stop shop of a area.

My drink was made incorrectly and I wasn't able to return same day. I returned the next day with the drink (undrunk) and sat in a 20+ minute line on Christmas Eve and was denied my drink being remade. I left without a drink. Happy holidays. Thanks for the horrible customer service.
