This place has amazing service and wonderful hospitality

This store does not deserve our patronage. Waited 30 mins for order. Then the employee took our order and gave it to another customer infront of us then,when we asked if that was our order that was given away pos employee asked if we just wanted to cancel our order.

Extremely friendly staff, was very kind to me, maybe I look too tired 🥱the lady there showed great care and kindness.

Good food and service overall.

I love their mango and strawberry cheesecake smoothie. It’s my favorite boba place.

I've tried a few different drinks here, and they've all been great. Some are a little sweet, so be mindful of that when you order.
There's a lot of customization options and plenty of combinations to try.
The bubble waffles are a fun little treat. You can pull them apart, and they even have dip options.
Sometimes, they are a little busy and don't have enough people to keep up. When they're in a rush, the bubble waffles don't come out as crispy, so they're best ordered when it's quiet.

I’ve been here a few times and the staff is always friendly. Drinks are good and I think the price is fairly competitive with other similar boba places.

Customer service is pretty bad here. I went on 9/14/24 & the cashier had no enthusiasm what so ever. She wasn't friendly, spoke very low & couldn't even get a smile from her. It almost seemed like she hated being there. Maybe this place should take some customer service tips from places like Chick-fil-A where the employees always give excellent service.
The drinks were OK, very sweet & the mango boba was not good.

They charge 20% sales tax in a 10.2% area! (Bothell) tried telling them and they were very rude and did not correct the mistake

I went to this happy lemon location today and had a horrible customer service experience. I have a bad wheat allergy and when I asked this white girl to double check my order for wheat she had an attitude and didn’t know. The manger had to step in and finish the order.

The first time I came in, it was heaven! I believe it was a few months after opening.
I was SO looking forward to that heavenly experience again, but was disappointed.
Went in today, I thought the waffle before was heaven and this time not heaven. I do not know how to describe the difference.
