I ordered $200 worth of food for dinner(pickup). I ordered 5 entrees which are suppose to come with rice, an order of chicken 65, and 2 street side chow mein. I drove 25 minutes to pick up the order and when I got home I noticed I only received 2/5 rice. I called the restaurant and the lady on the phone put me on hold multiple times, came back and at first wouldn’t believe me that she forgot the rice. I was staring at the order in front of me. There was clearly 2 rice instead of 5. Why would I lie and try to get $10 more worth of white rice when I just paid $200 for my meal… and then she told me “we don’t give complimentary rice”… I wasn’t asking for complimentary rice, I was asking about my missing rice…. Long story short, she told me to call tomorrow when the manager is there. So I’m having dinner without any rice, and waiting to call the manager tomorrow….

Scammers. My mother went to lunch here and was almost a victim of fraud at this establishment.

Bill came already with tip included, but the server strategically only showed the ending bill (with the tip already included) and demanded another tip.

Horrible business practice and frankly very mediocre food. Plenty of better options, take your business elsewhere.

Very disappointed as this is somewhere my parents have been going to for the last 20 years

Love this place a lot but the prices of these food are extremely expensive.
We used to come a lot but now we come once in a while for my toddler for the soup and noodles.

Soup + noodles + chicken 65 + tax and tip was $70. After paying this amount I decided that it's not really worth coming here any more. I could get more food at other restaurants.

The food and portions were great! They close at 2:00 and then reopen at 5:00 which is a little weird. We got there at 1 and the staff was rushing us the whole time since they were closing soon. The hostess was more present and very kind to us, our waitress was ok. The staff looked miserable, not sure if it was because of us coming an hour before close or the management.

I stop by Inchin’s Bamboo every now and then, and it’s always a good experience. The food’s flavorful, the vibe is nice, and service is usually quick. Great spot for a casual meal with friends or family.
