Very poor service. Came in for lunch on weekday and even after asking that don't have lunch special menu or the menu u gave me is the only one, I was told that it's same menu which we give for lunch specials. When my order came without lunch special so I asked again and server said that I can see that she was busy so she forget about it and I could have scanned the menu and figured out myself. Not acceptable but I would blame owner in this case for overloading the server which caused bad experience for customer. Server was very nice in behavior after that so I'm going to give another try sometime in future to see if it's one off case and update my rating accordingly.

2024 Update:I noticed that Inchin's is open for lunch again so a coworker and I decided to check them out. There were lunch specials on the QR code menu, but the server said they weren't available "to encourage the sales of other items". She came back and decided to let us order them after all because we came all this way to eat there (!?). Strange practice considering the restaurant is literally in a business park. The entire interaction was strange; as if she was doing us a favor by allowing us to order them.My Butter Chicken, Fried Rice, and Garlic Naan were very solid and flavorful; no complaints there.I probably won't be back due to the weird service, which is unfortunate as the food is delicious.

Avoid ordering specially over the weekends. I ordered twice and both time had a bad experience. Both the they didn't even prepare the order before i reached for pickup. The reception area were all chaos. There was no effort to explain the delay and inconvenience. Strictly not recommended if one want peace of mind.

Had lunch on 3/16, the onion or spring onion used was gone bad and ruined all the dishes. Restrooms were not clean and the sinks were gross.
Worst experience. Placed a to-go order via phone. They forgot the main dish. To add on, they are not picking up the phone too.

Came for a dinner on 03/02 to celebrate our day but was terribly disappointed especially with the service and food. We just had 2 orders, a starter and a main course. Starter was okay, but the main course was panner curry and paratha. The curry was the most tasteless I have ever had and the second paratha that we ordered never came after waiting for 30+ mins. Finally got disappointed after multiple reminders of the bread and expressed it to the waiter and he didn't bother at all. Take my advice, never visit this place in the weekend. Bellevue Inchin service is much better and even the food is great there. Bothell is awful in both service and food on weekends :(.

Visited this location first time, used to visit Redmond location and Bellevue. Not happy with the taste and quality of food. Redmond was way better, the prices up and quality is down. Everything seemed to have the same sweet sauce, whether its schezwan rice or chili garlic noodles. Would not visit again.
