Incompetent people work here. Ordered sausage croissant and they forgot the sausage, went back to get it replaced and they just stuck a sausage on the same sandwich after it was already cold and had been sitting.

Ordered at drive thru with one car ahead of me. I waited 20 minutes! Thought car in front of me must’ve had a huge order but when I got to the window I waited at least 6 minutes to finally get my awful, old bread, wilted brown lettuce burger. I will never go there again!

I went to buy my lunch and the boy who is serving has a very bad character, I asked him for mayonnaise and he only gave me 1 when I bought more than 1 combo, they should put another person who if he wants to work and not serve with that bad character What does that boy have?

Look, Jack in the Box is just that. But whenever I'm craving it, I realize the one near my house is the slowest fast food joint I've ever been to. Literally 11:23 on a Friday, I go there, 1 car in the drive through, sat for about 7 minutes behind them. Haven't even ordered, but I can hear the employee telling them to hold over and over again. You need to either hire new staff here or extra staff to help. I backed out of the drive through and didn't order today. I'll go somewhere else today. Losing yourself money at this point. Whoever owns this location needs to know this is the regular service here.

If the order is wrong, they will fix it. A few of times, we received burgers, where the meat smelt off, like spoiled meat, and returned them, got a replacement order, but thus was w weeks ago and haven't been back. Managers need to check the expiration dates better, luckily we didn't get sick, after the 1st bites this time, 1 we threw away last time.

Three times now we've sat and waited at the speaker for up to 10 minutes with nobody taking our order before we just left. The first two times were between midnight-1am and the third time was 11:30 am so well within business hours. The third time we finally came inside and felt the woman who took our order was rather rude. As we waited for our order another man came in and waited probably five minutes before anyone even bothered to greet him and needed to call the woman over even for that. The food is nice, but it feels gross to have to sit at the speaker without any service and then pull up to the window. All of the times people before and after us were helped and we even waited for the people in front of us to exit the drive thru before asking if anyone was even there just in case it was one person getting slammed, but even then no service or response at all.Edited to add: She also didn't put any napkins in the bag.
