I was in the drive thru for 30+ minutes for a drink. And when I got to the window I waited another 5 minutes. It seemed like the guy at the window was also making the food. I assume it’s always this understaffed.

They never answer the phone. That’s extremely frustrating when you have questions about an order you PAID for. Why not answer the phone or why do they keep hanging up? It’s weird and unprofessional.

Today we had went to the Jack in the Box for lunch during school, they got my order wrong.... I had ordered 3 piece chicken strips with curly fries- They gave me churros instead of chicken.....I almost cried I was looking forward to some chicken strips
Really nice rest stop with the fam in the afternoon... Chuck was surprisingly tasty. All in all, I really enjoyed my visit.Kid-friendliness: My kid roamed the whole place, and had a blast

Slowest service ever! Sat at in the drive through for 20 minutes. Was told to wait a second at the order menu. Ended up being 5 minutes. I'm not exaggerating at all. Food came out looking like it was made by a person with eyes in the back of their head. Terrible service. I see the owner asked me to explain our experience on their website, but you can see it right here. We won't be going there again. It's not the first time they've been slow.

It’s messed up. I showed up at 1:45 and they told me they were closed but online says they’re open till two and I’ve come here multiple times after 1 AM and they have served me.
Amazing food, but not a well-kept restaurant. It is a fast food restaurant, though.Parking: Large parking lot.
