Always a great service and friendly people
London and Charice are too super important employees like freaking rockstars give them a raise.They well deserve it. I mean this jersey Mike's from top to bottom is impeccable!!!! I will return!! Lots!!!

I was told they were closed at 8:53pm when I was hungry. All the toppings and what not weren't even put away, that i could forgive. Denying my business simply because they want to leave early isn't the way to foster repeat business.
Being new to the area, I could have become a regular. Guess I'll have to go back to Subway.

MOST Jersey mikes are fast, this one is not! We ordered online AND PAID yet they’re prioritizing the people in line and making all their sandwiches first and then going to online orders which is incredibly stupid you should prioritize the people have already PAID that is quite literally how every business operates. Or zig zag the person ordering who has also paid and then an online order. Also this is a chain sandwich place. I don’t expect to wait 20+ minutes for a sandwich at a fast food establishment. Being a fast food place implies your food will be ready quickly. Ignoring people who have already paid is not a good business practice. I will never come back to this location.

Showed up at 8:40 pm and were already cleaning the grill so I could not get the sandwich I wanted so I walked out
After posting original message, reading some of the reviews on here, seems to be a lot of excuses without many solutions to the issues presented by customers. Maybe it starts at the top in this location.

I regularly get sandwiches here and always have a good experience.
Don’t waste your time. Rude and incompetent staff. Waited in line 20 min while they ignored us making mobile orders. Nobody was ahead of us entire time. Finally after 20 minutes the girl asks if we wanted to order. Very intuitive! Just as we think we might actually get some sandwiches another girl snaps at us…. “WE DON’T HAVE ANY BACON!”. I ask “Should we just leave or what does that mean, 20 more minutes?” No response only the nastiest glare so we quietly walked out and don’t plan to return. I feel bad for the 10+ customers waiting behind us. Horrible experience and service at this location. Don’t waste your time as we did.

ORDERED A GIANT CHICKEN SANDWICH. TIPPED JUST UNDER $5.00 JUST CAME FROM THE IVARS NEXT DOOR TO ORDER DINNER. BOUGHT THE SANDWICH FOR WORK THE NEXT DAY. THIS IS ONLY MY SECOND TIME AT YOUR BUSINESS. THEY HANDED ME THE SANDWHICH AND I ASKED FOR A BAG. "OH WE CHARGE FOR BAGS." SHOULD HAVE ASKED ME WHEN I WAS PAYING FOR IT. PETTY. SHOULD HAVE JUST GAVE ME A BAG AT THAT POINT. SORRY YOU LOST A CUSTOMER THAT WAS DEVELOPING A HABIT TO DRIVE TO YOU FROM MOUNTLAKE TERRACE. OVER A 6-8 CENT BAG THAT THEY COULD HAVE TAKEN OUT OF THE TIP I GAVE THEM. GIRL THAT TOOK MY MONEY LOOKED LIKE SHE WAS STARTING TO CRY BECAUSE THE OTHER GAL SAID SOMETHING TO HER ABOUT IT.

Had the worst experience at this jersey mikes trying to use a coupon I used all October 2023. Marge or Margie or something... was extremely rude and refused to honor a coupon given 100ft away at the nearby grocery store. We have used this coupon many times this month and had no issues.
Not sure why she felt so strongly to refuse and make a big deal out of it but it was very strange behavior. Other staff in the store have always been friendly and helpful. They appeared scared of her and backed her up even though they too have helped us with no issues in the past. Like... It's a coupon. It was so ridiculous it was almost funny. But really just irritating.
It's a simple 5 digit code on the back of every single grocery receipt but she refused to honor it on the last day for what was really no good reason (10/31/23) It was just horrible customer service plain and simple. Could have been another simple transaction and we all moved on with our lives. Watch out for the self proclaimed management here, they are grumpy and unreasonable.

Feel free to stand around and not be acknowledged. Food is good, but service is so slow and inattentive that you'll be conflicted between - "should I tip in hopes that I'll get taken care of sooner?", or "should I not tip and hope they don't dock me and take longer to make a sub I ordered online?". Stand around with everyone else wondering who's going to get called up first. Top tier. ?Ordered my sub a online to be ready by 7:48, didn't leave until 8:15. Unfortunately, on brand for Jersey Mike's. I don't want to say it's overrated but not sure it's worth the wait.

When I arrived, I waited for several minutes before the staff acknowledged that I was there because they were talking to each other and completing remote orders.After I was acknowledged I had to wait several more minutes before they took my order. Once they did, they mixed up the toppings on the subs and were mad when I asked to remedy the mistake.Food was standard, restaurant was clean, but customer service for people visiting the restaurant was severely lacking.
