I ordered a hot Chicago Grinder sandwich and it was fantastic! Generous ingredients, hot, melted cheese, fresh soft but slightly crunchy bread... yumm. Wouldn't hesitate to order again. Delivery was smooth and fast, too.

I bought a $50.00 gift certificate at Meadale High school fund raiser. I went in to use it today and they would not accept it because he said they were under new management and would not honor it. He said he took over two other locations and said hw won't honor it at those sites either. Be very cautious when buying gift cards or gift certificates from Jet City Pizza they might just be ripping you off.

I absolutely love their beer batter pizza. I often end up doing a custom pizza. But I have the mighty meat pizza to be to be similar to the John Candy at Zeeks, but for a much better price and with the beer batter crust.

Great pizza. Speedy service. Fair prices. We have tried several different specialty pies. I really enjoyed the bbq chicken. My children like cheese pizza with mozzarella only and it's great to have the option to select the cheese.

I came here after for the first time a few years ago and although the quality has dropped a bit, it's still a reliable place to get pizza in this area. When the pizza is good, it's great! However, this location struggles with consistency. I have started noticing more and more that my pizzas aren't fully topped or are missing ingredients. I never complain because I understand that a lot of orders come in and sometimes you're gonna miss an ingredient. But because it happens more than most other places, I can't rate this location over 3 stars.The service is always great, and the location never looks noticeably dirty. So I'm never concerned about the safety of my food. But unfortunately, this part of the country isn't known for pizza, and having this as one of the more reliable pizza places really shows that.

I ordered for delivery. Pizzas were still warm when they arrived.Whenever I don't have much time to spend on cooking, I would go for pizza. I tried Classic Veggies pizza and Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza. And I like them both.Overall, I believe that the price is reasonable and pizza taste good.I recommend this restaurant.
Pizza was delivered to me exactly like this, obviously dropped it or something and still delivered it, then tried to refuse to give us a refund even though we aren’t able to eat it plus it’s burnt. We worked out the refund and returned the pizza to them.

This as comical as it gets. Literally asked for extra sauce ON my pizza via delivery app. This is very OBVIOUSLY not ON my pizza. When I pay delivery fees and tips, I expect my order to be done correctly, especially for a NON-Complicated order. Love your pizza, just get people who can read past ingredients and recipes when you offer take out and delivery service.
