Disgusting, manager says his house looks just like this. Oblivious. Look at the meat sitting out and the floors. The health department would shut them down if they saw this.

Today is the second time ive ordered and got my order wrong... I ordered NO onions and add pickles and got a heap of onions and no pickles. There is no way that ive found on the app to communicate with the store. I am beyond frustrated. I ordered for delivery because i have a busy work schedule and now cant eat my lunch.

I got long black a hair baked right in the bread. Contacted company and they offered to remake sandwich. I obviously said no thanks. They refused to refund money. They lost a long time customer this day.

I’ve always liked Jimmy John’s but this particular one I’ll never come back to. There were (2) workers that appeared to be Asian and (1) White guy. They were playing rap over their speaker system which contained curse words including the ‘N’ word, the ‘P’ word, the ‘F’ word while minors and people of color present. It was offensive and somebody should be held accountable so this never happens again. This took place on 7/13/25 @ 2:30pm.

I’ve been eating at Jimmy John’s almost daily for over 3 years while on the road for work. Today was the last time I’ll visit this location.

While I was speaking quietly on speakerphone, an older employee or manager (around mid-50s, white hair, heavy build) suddenly shouted at me from behind the counter to get off the phone. It was completely unprofessional and out of line.

After years of loyal business, being treated like that is just pathetic. I won’t be coming back to this location — customers deserve respect, not random outbursts.

The service provided by one individual—an older, shorter gentleman who appears to be the manager—has been consistently poor. He comes across as openly rude and unwelcoming. Unfortunately, I’ve experienced this behavior from him on multiple occasions. In contrast, the rest of the staff at this location have always been courteous and professional. Never visiting this store again.

Refused to make my sandwiches in advance because the owner doesn’t want to do cash orders in advance, they’ll only make the sandwiches once paid for. Fine; but at least call to notify me. I was waiting for notification the order was done. When I called they hung up on me when I said I was frustrated they didn’t call.

The one-star review is strictly about the delivery orders from this location. The sandwiches are decent, and the place is clean and I'd rate the dining in experience 4/5

Delivery orders are getting ridiculously slow recently. 45min+ around lunch time was frustrating already, and today they set a new record at almost one hour and a half (I live ~ 5 min away)

The short manager was extremely rude and unhelpful when I asked questions about the menu. They were dismissive and unable to explain why certain add-on substitutions weren’t allowed. Which are allowed here was just being rude! Not a great customer experience.

I know a power trip when I see one.

I asked for a side of oil and vinegar, a simple request (requested in the order, not last minute either.) I do this with every order I place.
Victor very rudely responded with 'yeah we don't do that'
I order this every single time. He commented that jimmy johns doesn't offer it, all while maintaining a rude attitude.
The other associates were kind, but Victor has made it clear I'm not welcome. Jersey Mike's can have my business and businesses business.

Have been to multiple Jimmy John locations and never had an issue ordering a club sandwich in the mini size came in today and was told that they only do mini sandwiches on 1 through 6, which is total garbage and just trying to force the customer to spend more money then they want. I will not be coming back to this jimmy john's location again. Took my money across the street to Subway, where they had no problem making me a six inch sandwich and taking my money.

Delivery order. But good as always, service was lightning fast kind and clean Delivery driver. I just had to give a tip for good service.

Young Men here at the Bothell location laughed at me when I ordered my sandwich and failed to tell me a single slice of cheese was $1.25 plus tax . Better to know for next time, I will choose the Greek Gyro place next door for quality etc.
