Have been to multiple Jimmy John locations and never had an issue ordering a club sandwich in the mini size came in today and was told that they only do mini sandwiches on 1 through 6, which is total garbage and just trying to force the customer to spend more money then they want. I will not be coming back to this jimmy john's location again. Took my money across the street to Subway, where they had no problem making me a six inch sandwich and taking my money.

Delivery order. But good as always, service was lightning fast kind and clean Delivery driver. I just had to give a tip for good service.

Young Men here at the Bothell location laughed at me when I ordered my sandwich and failed to tell me a single slice of cheese was $1.25 plus tax . Better to know for next time, I will choose the Greek Gyro place next door for quality etc.

I stopped in to grab food on my way home from work. I ordered a slim 6 and got home and it had avocado in it. I have never had someone mess up a slim 6 since it is just cheese and bread for kids. I called and was told that they could not refund my sandwich and I live too far to deliver one. My kid had nothing to eat which was not a fun time tonight. Please train your people to know the sandwiches and not make these mistakes. Very disappointed.

The worst place to order Jimmy john....very unprofessional....ungrateful brats working as employees.....when u call they hang up.....no regrets or apologies when they goof as if it's the customers fault it has happened.....think twice before ordering at this location.

$34 for sandwiches to feed a family of 4.
You all want chips and a drink? That’ll be $73! Last time I saw Jimmy he wasn’t looking that strapped for cash while out killing wild game animals in Africa. Go to Jersey Mikes, far better grub at a much more reasonable price.

I ordered one sandwich and a drink got a message at 12:01 saying it was out for delivery at 12:40 I get a text from my driver saying he will not be delivering my order for an additional 20 mins. So I called and canceled ?

Catering! I have had numerous catering boxes done for work events . I can’t say enough nice things about the presentation, good food and timeliness Thank you for the great food!

Their website has the option to order the 4/20 Dimebag collectable special but the sandwich comes in a box, no specialty bag or anything shown throughout the media. The news reports that if a store doesn't promote it it won't be online to purchase. It was online but the employee knew nothing about the special. How is that possible?

Showed up 15 minimum before close, the teens working sent me away! I was really annoyed, especially being a fast food joint apparently they don't need mymoney! Went to Subway across the street and they were happy to serve me!
