Showed up 15 minimum before close, the teens working sent me away! I was really annoyed, especially being a fast food joint apparently they don't need mymoney! Went to Subway across the street and they were happy to serve me!

I called to check in on an order that said it had been completed, I understand their jobs can be hectic and things get busy, no worries about that. However once I inquired about the delivery status the person who answered the phone had an attitude and was very rude when they spoke. And judging by other reviews this isn't a one off. Yikes.

The manager was swearing an employee when i was in there, I felt so awfully for the employee, he threw something away on accident and the manager angrily yelled ‘you did not just ****ing do that!’ It was alarming especially that it was in front of me and another customer and incredibly uncalled for in my opinion.

This was just an average sandwich place. Our sandwichs were OK but were lacking in taste and originality. There was absolutely nothing great here. The order taker had no personality. Just not anything special.
Literally gave the wrong sandwich for my pickup order. I ordered a customized #16 and they gave me someone else's #16. Luckily it was my brother who ordered the other #16 but had it not been, two different customers would have gotten completely incorrect sandwiches. The sad part is this can simply be fixed by writing the person's name on the outside wrapper to prevent confusion.

I don't normally leave bad reviews, but this Jimmyjohns is terrible. One time, they didn't even wrap my wrap - it was just folded over. The next time, they wrapped an ANT - a HUGE BUG - inside between the paper and the bread. There's no way someone wouldn't have seen it on the bread. And, yes, I did tip so there's zero reason for them to act up with me. I will be filing a dispute. That's disgusting.

Will not order delivery again. Requested extra on tomato and Dijon mustard and paid for avocado. Received a sandwich with no cheese, avocado, or Dijon. I did receive 26 hot peppers that is their regular amount? The manager only offered to remake the sandwich and refused to refund the extra I paid for the non existent avocado. Delivery was prompt is the only thing positive about this experience.

Ordered two normal sandwiches with just a couple of easy add ons. They completely forgot the meat and cheese in the Vito. How do you forget meat and cheese in an Italian sandwich. The store did not have one other person in it and then employees were just standing around. Will never go back.
