We live locally and have been coming here for 10 plus years. We come at least three plus times per week sadly to say lol. Me and my wife always love the quality of the food it always comes out super hot fresh etc. Even if it's not ready right away they sometimes will have you park in the spot ahead for a Max of maybe a minute at most to wait for hot fresh fries. Usually nine times out of 10 it's always a very positive experience there's usually an older Hispanic woman who works the front window usually mostly around dinner time and she's always very helpful very professional she knows it's by name. She's always very easy to work with should get a promotion and raise. However there is a gentleman who works the second window we just went on a Sunday night at 9:30 p.m. he's a heavier set Asian man and he's always very rude very put out to do is basic duties. I have gotten in the habit of trying to ask for a drink carrier at the ordering station over the microphone because this gentleman will go out of his way to give me one straw when we buy four drinks for instance tonight we bought two McFlurries two smoothies for drinks multiple large meals and he gave me one straw and one spoon. I have to ask him for ketchup and napkins. He's a very hard worker I can tell but his customer service skills need some attention. Thank you Kenmore McDonald's for being a great place to eat I would highly recommend other than one out of 10 times where it's maybe a somewhat not super positive
Never thought we would be giving McDonalds 5*, gave up on McDonalds after so many disappointing trips to the Lake City Mucks. Just moved to Kenmore, stopped in to the McDonalds first time, my oh my what a difference good management makes! Everyone nice, pleasant, polite, food was hot, fresh & delicious! Thank You! Sue. Update: May 12th! Excited to go back for lunch, same older lady, tag said Manager, took our order 2 fresh cooked Cheeseburgers extra cheese and 2 fresh cooked Filet of Fish extra cheese. She repeated 2 cheese 2 fish extra cheese, I REPEATED FRESH COOKED! Could tell she had attitude, repeated for the 3rd time fresh cooked please. Only thing different from 1st visit was the nice big gentleman wearing mask that told her make sure order is fresh cooked. Our 2 Cheeseburgers arrived not fresh cooked with one piece of melted cheese & 1 cheese put on top not melted, not hot or even warm. None of our 4 sandwiches were fresh cooked! Very rude, disappointing after making very clear 3 times we wanted fresh cooked!!! She clearly does not like, appreciate, or respect her customers or the company she works for, maybe she does not like old people, we are in our 70's the reason we did not create a scene. Could tell she was not going to make our order fresh. Unfortunate, very disappointed. Went from best experience at McDonald's to worst on the very next visit. How many customers has she chased away.

One of the better McDonalds in the area, consistent in service and quality. Staff generally very nice and very quick service.

This is a pretty middle of the road McDonalds. Judging it for what it is, they are about what you expect.
They usually get the order right, the workers are usually not unfriendly, and the food is usually about average for a McDonalds. Some days you get cold fries. Some days the fries are oversalted. Some days the frozen coke your girlfriend ordered through the app isn't available and they replace it with a soda that costs less and you lose out on the difference.
Extremely rude staff, to include the manager. Happened once and thought it was a fluke so went back and it happened again. Trickles down from the top. Very sad for the good employees. Several are not so good. This was my third try with them and they left the burger out of my child's Happy Meal. Shame...

Standard McDonald's. They'll bring the food to your table. Iced tea only had one option in the restaurant.
Update: coffee is two bucks now, half the time I don't get the deals I tried to get. When ordered online, they didn't start making it until I get there and indoors. I watched the entire burger and everything
They stop serving breakfast at 11:00 AM on weekends, but their app stops taking breakfast orders at 10:30, and it starts taking orders for lunch food at that time. This makes absolutely no sense because they don't start serving burgers until 11! They really need to sync up their app's ordering times with when they actually stop serving breakfast, or they need to start honoring deals from the app in store. It's too bad that they're the only fast food
breakfast place in town now that Jack in the Box, Subway, and Starbucks are closed.
Useful, clean and smile
I just used the mobile app to order and as they offer *ZERO* ways order a correction if you received an incorrect order, I must post here to review my service.
I ordered a double cheeseburger (on a deal) but asked for *ONE* of the patties to be removed and no mustard. Sounds reasonable yes? Apparently this means all I received was a bun.
No meat.
No cheese.
No ketchup
No pickles.
Just. A. Single. BUN!
This was a part an order with 2 other items, (also incorrectly made) but it's by far the most egregious error I've seen so far.
I will now recommend against EVER using the app to order and especially from *THIS* McDonalds. Drive to another one, this one's broken.
I am a DoorDash/Uber delivery driver in my spare time. I've been to this location multiple times in the evenings, and every time I have, the employees seem to go out of their way to be rude and completely ignore people trying to pick up deliveries! There's no communication when trying to pick up a delivery, and when I tried to talk to an employee about it, he lied and said he told me my delivery was ready, but I mustn't have heard him and walked off. If it wasn't for the fact that I've had this problem multiple times at this location and no other, maybe? But dang, you guys need to do better. Or just don't take delivery orders if you can't be bothered making sure they get delivered. Again, never had this problem this bad at any restaurant before!
