I am a DoorDash/Uber delivery driver in my spare time. I've been to this location multiple times in the evenings, and every time I have, the employees seem to go out of their way to be rude and completely ignore people trying to pick up deliveries! There's no communication when trying to pick up a delivery, and when I tried to talk to an employee about it, he lied and said he told me my delivery was ready, but I mustn't have heard him and walked off. If it wasn't for the fact that I've had this problem multiple times at this location and no other, maybe? But dang, you guys need to do better. Or just don't take delivery orders if you can't be bothered making sure they get delivered. Again, never had this problem this bad at any restaurant before!

I am a delivery driver. The staff here do not care at all and ignore any delivery worker who is patiently waiting on orders. I was here for 30 minutes before my customer cancelled which lead to me to lose out on numerous orders today. Train your staff not to be rude and disrespectful. I am pretty sure the manager here is careless as well. I felt like I was ignored all 4 times i have picked up orders here. Do better!

Me and my fiancé just arrived around the area. And when I say we LOVE McDonald, we LOVE McDonald. But tonight’s food and service was just not it. First we found a string of hair in our fries, the server changed or swapped our fries with new ones, I’m hoping she really did so, because when the second order of fries came the fries were stale. Nothing fresh about it. I’m not one to complain, especially about food, but you can’t expect us to pay $5 of SMALL fries and get served with stale ones and not complain about it. Hope manager looks into it and gets it squared away.

I ordered through doordash as I have who knows how many times, for some reason the dashers keep canceling and then I'm told to cancel the order by the driver because somebody else picked it up, an employee named Jose, rudely talked to from the dashers phone (apparently) practically yelling at me as if what was going on was my fault somehow. And that my food was on the way (never recieved it)Incredibly terrible staff and I see the other ratings are getting bad as well, seems to be a common theme now. Do better.

Watch your receipts - I ordered a big mac meal and found a drink upcharge on my receipt. I had even clarified when ordering that I wanted a small fry and drink and they said it only comes medium or bigger. Either the menu needs to clarify a meal no longer includes a drink, or the dude taking my order lied. Something is whack.
When I asked the guy handing me my meal what the upcharge was for, he said he didn't know and he never orders from there. Washington loves cracking down on these charges, so hopefully I get my 80 cents back when McD's gets sued over junk fees.
The cheeseburgers are sometimes good but I order large fries from here and they always come with only half the box full, sometimes even less. They forget the sauce with nuggets like 50% of the time.

Consistently get orders wrong, from missing items to incorrect orders. Tonight’s order 9/28/24, ordered 2 cheese burgers and got 1 cheese burger and 1 McChicken sandwich. The bacon burger came without bacon. The specificity requested sweet and sour dipping sauce for the chicken nuggets was missing. The fries had cold fries mixed in with warm ones, none were hot. And some of the lettuce on the sandwiches was so old it had turned brown. The 6 piece chicken nuggets had 1 nugget that was so tiny, it didn’t actually have any chicken in it. Yikes, our granddaughters were very disappointed. If it was up to this grandparent I would not order from the Kenmore location again!

Didn't want to ask for a HOTcoffee...the person at window that was dressed like Manager had attitude. We were afraid of a "Ha-tua" in the coffee :/
