Disappointed and deeply offended by the staff’s behavior
This McDonald’s is close to my home, and I used to come here quite often even though they always got my orders wrong 😑 . But after today, I’m honestly furious and extremely disappointed.
When I picked up my order, I saw a tray with my drink and sauces on it but without any label. Assuming the food on the tray was also mine, I took it to my table without checking further.
Less than a minute later, a middle-aged male staff member with a noticeable accent came over angrily and started aggressively questioning me:
“WHY DID YOU TAKE THIS TRAY?! WHY DID YOU TAKE THIS TRAY?!”
I explained, “Because my drink and sauces were on it, I thought it was my order.”
His attitude was rude and confrontational. He snapped back, “THIS IS NOT YOUR ORDER. You can’t take it!”
I lost my temper and asked, “Then why did you put my drink and sauces on someone else’s tray?? Whatever, just take it back.”
He responded, “It’s not about ‘whatever’ — it’s not your order!!!”
Then he just walked away… I checked my bag and realized that my McCrispy Strips were missing from the order. Only after my husband went to the counter to ask again did they finally give us a new bag with the chicken strips.
This situation could have been easily avoided if they had properly labeled the orders. Accusing customers of stealing food is way too far. And if they hadn’t placed my drink and sauces on the wrong tray to begin with. Mistakes happen — but the way I was treated made me feel like I was being accused of stealing.
The most disturbing part is that I noticed how friendly this same staff member was to other white male customers afterward…… I can’t help but wonder — was this racial bias? Or gender bias? I’m an Asian woman, and I walked away feeling humiliated and singled out.
Honestly, I was exhausted from work and didn’t have the energy to argue, but the incident ruined my evening. This kind of customer treatment is unacceptable, especially from a global brand like McDonald’s.
Side note: The McCrispy Strips were actually delicious — but no amount of flavor can cover up that kind of disrespect.
The people working here are pretty amazing. Always very friendly and ready to serve great tasting food.
I had a great time at the place, but it took me over 40 minutes to get a burger, fries, and a Coke. I’m curious, why did it take so long? The place wasn’t too crowded, and there weren’t that many cars in the drive-thru.
Probably the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life. Their ice cream machine is always running too, you gotta have respect for that.
McDonald's is McDonald's. Some are better than others.
This is a McDonald’s. You can order McDonald’s food here. If you order food here and it taste like McDonald’s, then you have ordered the correct correctly. I don’t know exactly what you need to hear. Try the McChicken!
Photos on Google show a playplace. They don't have one.
This place always gets my order wrong 😭
Hands down, the best McDonald's food I've ever had. The Filet O Fish and fries were super hot and fresh. They were pretty busy, but it was perfect service.
Always reliably decent.

Friendly staff and I was shocked they even helped to deliver the food to your table. They deserve tips more than most other chained restrictions.
We always pickup on the way McChicken for my kids
It's McDonald's. It's the same thing since you were 6 years old
Food was fine, like most other McDonald’s.
