They will constantly forget stuff on your order for Online Delivery orders. Then when you call for a refund, they do not give you one. Instead you're forced to go pick up the missing items from the store.. Completely wasting your money on delivery fees.. beware making delivery orders here.

The guy at the drive thru cashier window didn’t give me my receipt. They didn’t even ask me if I wanted one which is against state law. Now the food was great, although my caramel macchiato had way too much caramel and that’s all I could taste and made it pretty much undrinkableAlso, quit ignoring delivery orders and making us drivers wait because you didn’t make the order when you were supposed to. I drove 10 minutes there and then waited 10 minutes, so it took you 20 minutes to make an order that should take 5 minutes. I’ve worked fast food, it’s not a difficult job, you just need to stay on task and work efficiently. You had more than enough people to get orders out quickly. I’ve worked with less people and never made people wait more than 5 minutes for their orders even during a rush

McDonalds coffee is great when it's done right but they cannot do it here. Cold, not dripped all the way, wrong milk and or sugar, none made, and or old and been sitting around. It's easier to make a cup of coffee at home than to try and get a properly made cup here. Just too much hassle for what doesn't need to be one. To all the one star people: the reason this place is so bad is the owner. He is an ass. I've been there when he's talking to employees. It's a wonder he has any.
