The Cajun tater tots are second to none. I've gotten one of the bowls before (mai tai or curry?) and it was pretty good. This time I got the Mai Tai salad and it was pretty ok. It is very expensive keep that in mind. The property is beautiful and the fire pits are the bomb. Keep in mind this restaurant is above a pool so it smells like chlorine and can be loud.

Amazing setting olympic size pool at the tiki bar!
Who knew?
Super fun, and good bar food to munch while sipping your mai tai. Cool decorations.

We are mcmenamins passport holders have been frequenting all the locations across Washington and Oregon for 3 year. We've had both good and bad experiences but as everyone knows the bad ones always outweigh the good. And today's visit was one of those bad ones..... The response from the service team after almost and hour wait for some happy hour food ... Mcmenamins needs to hire a customer service manager and have them traveling to all stores at all times coaching people on how to deliver an exceptional experience that matches the exceptional locations and art and passion the brand deserves.
Generally quieter than the rest of this McMenamins complex, so it is more likely you will get seating right away. Good food. Service is a little slower due to the proximity to the kitchen, but not too much longer. Delicious and good service!

This place was great! We showed up for Happy hour and had appetizers and drinks. The coconut shrimp and chicken tenders with a Thai chilli sauce. Roasted brussel sprouts and loaded tots. I had the Zombie drink and it was STRONG! Also I had the double IPA beer on tap and it was good! The Tiki bar atmosphere was cool overlooking the pool. I will return.

I really used to like this place, the atmosphere is great. Their drinks used to be great too, but it seems like the management decided to cut costs, and now they're just weak. I don't mind paying $20+ per drink if I can enjoy them, but now it seems like just a waste of money.

we have been to 80%+ of the mcmenamins at this point to fill up the passport. this is one of our favorites by far. the food is fantastic and our server, a very busy and hardworking steven, was absolutely wonderful. he secured the banana bread pudding dessert we were craving. if we lived closer we would come here often.

McMenamins Anderson School is such an interesting place. Used to be a school and now transformed to a hotel with a variety of restaurants and bars, one of them having a big indoor swimming pool. We chose to visit the swimming pool building which also is home to Nui Nui, a Polynesian inspired restaurant. For our lunch visit, we had three entrees (see pics) that are worth ordering. Definitely will be back to try other fare and their Polynesian inspired cocktails, or even the other restaurants/bars at this McMenamins complex. Highly recommended place to visit if you are in Bothell, WA. (Bring bathing suits!)

Love their Mac salad! Just like Hawaiian style. Honestly you can't find another bar/ restaurant like it in Washington! One of kind atmosphere chill but sort of party...great conversation place. They also have an outdoor patio in the summer but it's downstairs.

super awesome staff. A quiet night though. Food was good but the salad could have been crisper and fresher. I would recommend this place. It kind of overlooks the salt water pool, which is a whole other cool thing, but you can't really see it when you sit down. The bar is very tikki and super nice. Its comfy all the way around.
Wicked cool tiki bar. Awesome vibes and unbelievable drink menu. Highly recommend ?

Amazing tiki bar! The drinks were phenomenal and so was the food! The service/bartenders were great and really made the experience enjoyable. Would highly recommend checking this place out.
Nui Nui is a tropical oasis with amazing staff, delicious food, & a cool view of the McMenamins pool below! I visited last week and my experience was made extra special because of Bailey & Stephen T’s top notch customer service. For example Bailey graciously offered to make a sample of a particular drink for me so I could see if I liked it or not! Definitely recommend checking out this place! ✨
Vegetarian options: I got the garden (veggie) burger that was great!

The table we sat at was incredibly sticky. To the point our menus made a sound as it peeled off the table. The server was nice enough to wipe it off for us, however it helped little. I ordered the loco moco bowl and it arrived missing the egg. The portion was quite small, especially compared to the portions of my everything my friends ordered.
