We've visited The Anderson School for the whiskey bar (The Shed) & the theater. Nui Nui was our first dining experience there. It was thoroughly enjoyable. Great food (my Polynesian Ban Mi was delicious, porky & uncious). Eclectic decor added to the ambiance. I suggest you try it sometime. The Brothers have done it again 😃

At McMenamin's Anderson School! Another great McMenamin's! Can't say enough good things about this place. Drink prices are high, but the experiencd is worth it.

The customer service at the pool is amazing there’s a older lady that works there she’s always so kind and very helpful

The atmosphere was incredible if you like the Tiki theme. I got the Loco Moco and the spam and pineapple sliders, both were delicious! For drinks we ordered the Mermaid Spit and the Pain Killer, both were very heavy handed with the alcohol, which is great for most people. The pool was very warm and enjoyable. I highly recommend the Lagaoon and Nui Nui!!

It’s an elaborate tiki bar in the former Anderson school building. It’s delightful! It’s over a swimming pool, which is odd but it gives a nice blue glow to the windows. It’s a little tricky to find the entrance, but don’t give up.

Went in for a couple cocktails and an appetizer. All was wonderful. Signature tiki atmosphere was perfect. Had the chips and mango salsa. Great. Feels like a getaway to another country without the plane ticket.

We’ve been here many times before for drinks and food. The ambience is really amazing and fun and cozy. We just stopped here after our main dinner for a drink, and it’s fun to see the pool from the restaurant. If you’re looking for a fun atmosphere and a tiki experience, this is a great place to go.

After waiting 2 hours for our food.... I felt like we were eating at McDonald's or Jack in the box The food was literally fast food that we waited 2 hours for... we were very disappointed with the service especially with the quality of the food and the bill was over $250 would not recommend this unless you want to hang around a bunch of ooga wooga faces on the wall. And watch several other tables eat their food and leave while you're still waiting for your food they must have completely forgotten about our order because we saw other tables come and go well they profusely apologized to us for the food taking so long maybe it was just a fluke we enjoyed eating there in the past but after this one I'm not sure if we will attend the lagoon again

The atmosphere was great if you like tiki bars. So eclectic and interesting. The food was so-so as was the price. The service from our waiter was great. The specialty drinks were good too.

The Cajun tater tots are second to none. I've gotten one of the bowls before (mai tai or curry?) and it was pretty good. This time I got the Mai Tai salad and it was pretty ok. It is very expensive keep that in mind. The property is beautiful and the fire pits are the bomb. Keep in mind this restaurant is above a pool so it smells like chlorine and can be loud.

We are mcmenamins passport holders have been frequenting all the locations across Washington and Oregon for 3 year. We've had both good and bad experiences but as everyone knows the bad ones always outweigh the good. And today's visit was one of those bad ones..... The response from the service team after almost and hour wait for some happy hour food ... Mcmenamins needs to hire a customer service manager and have them traveling to all stores at all times coaching people on how to deliver an exceptional experience that matches the exceptional locations and art and passion the brand deserves.

Generally quieter than the rest of this McMenamins complex, so it is more likely you will get seating right away. Good food. Service is a little slower due to the proximity to the kitchen, but not too much longer. Delicious and good service!

This place was great! We showed up for Happy hour and had appetizers and drinks. The coconut shrimp and chicken tenders with a Thai chilli sauce. Roasted brussel sprouts and loaded tots. I had the Zombie drink and it was STRONG! Also I had the double IPA beer on tap and it was good! The Tiki bar atmosphere was cool overlooking the pool. I will return.

I really used to like this place, the atmosphere is great. Their drinks used to be great too, but it seems like the management decided to cut costs, and now they're just weak. I don't mind paying $20+ per drink if I can enjoy them, but now it seems like just a waste of money.
