i live 5 min away from this pool and they say they will not allow me to use this place because i do not live in bothell?

Limited menu catered to specific tastes so definitely review before going. Service was very slow for us. Ambience is cool and still a great experience.

Loved this place since it opened up. I do miss some of the old staff though.Wheelchair accessibility: They do have an elevator, but it can be hard to use if there is a problem with your hands.

Parking: Every space was packed, both in the lot and on the streets. We drive round and round the area, searching.

Fun but extremely expensive for their tiki cocktails.

Please review the menu prior to arriving. The food was good but not suited for children if you are family dining. Overlooking the swimming pool was interesting. I prefer the other restaurant on site.

I love the North Shore Lagoon. That's because I love the pork belly bahn mi and the Tokyo Tots. The rest of my family tolerates it because the menu isn't as varied as some of the other restaurants, but when I can get them to go there with me I'm always happy. The one thing I wish they'd do is add the Tokyo Tots as a side option with an upcharge. They will usually do it if I ask, but they always have to go talk to the kitchen and get a price for me. If I'm having a full dinner, I don't want a full thing of the tots, I just want them as my side. Charge me 3-4 bucks extra and we're all good! The service can be spotty here. Though friendly enough, it seems the employees are usually running around and it seems things maybe aren't super organized here. Post-Covid that seems to be the norm everywhere but I miss the days of personalized customer service where you feel welcome for being there. Despite the negatives I will continue to make time to get to the Lagoon. The drinks here are strong, the food is great, and it's one of the few McMennamin's locations where you don't usually have to wait long to get a table. (If you can get the little room all the way to the right when you first go in then try it, it's kind of a cool little room all to yourself and makes you feel special)

Disappointed, last time there was really good. No this time.

Ugh I have not been happy with Mcmennamins food/service for a long time but we could always count on their tater Tots. Until now! What happened? One order of tots $15 (after tax). But these are not the tots we know and love. They smelled like funnel cake, tasted completely saltless and were pale and not their usual crunchy self. The server was very sweet but that doesn't make up for our disappointment. Couldn't even complain because we took them to go. Needless to say, even the tots are no longer worth it which is really really sad because we love coming to Mcmennamins, it's such an awesome place. But the food is a let down every time.

The place was empty, don't know why I needed reservations. Right above a swimming pool. Kind of noisy. The menu is rather limited. The drink menu had more stuff on it than the food menu. After looking things over we decided to leave without ordering. Next time we are looking for someplace new and different. We will definitely be looking at some place different than the North Shore Lagoon.

It cost me $30 for two glasses of their McMenamins made wine, including tip. That's a huge mark up for their own stuff. Prices are hidden too on all of the various menus, which is never a good omen... It's really noisy in there too, speakers blaring over the tables. Maybe to drown out screaming kids in the pool below? Not their best effort.

Unique selection of food in a dimly lit cozy atmosphere. Only 2 employees (besides kitchen staff) on a Sunday at 6pm. The bartender/server was awesome. He did an amazing job for being only one person. The quality of the food was great but it was overpriced. A simple cheeseburger is $20. It's a good date night location but not suited for large parties of more than 4. I typically take pics of all food but we were starving by the time we were served so I wasn't able to get pics.

The place is beautiful, but food and the service are horrible. We waited about 30 minutes to be served! They didn't even ask about the drinks/water, which is supposed to be the first thing to ask. Young and very unprofessional staff. Disappointed ?

I love this place! Fills my little tiki heart with joy :)Its fun and one of the best tiki bar you are going to find around.Parking: Parking lot can fill up but keep driving around you will find a spot ;)Kid-friendliness: Yes! Take the kids to the pool they will love it! You do not need to be a hotel guest to use the pool.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, there is a small elevator to get you to the restaurant. Just ask pool staff for assistance or restaurant staff for assistance... i think it needs a key...
