I usually enjoy coming to Menchie’s with my family, but the customer service at this location has been really disappointing. Today, after we paid for two cups, my son wanted to try another flavor. The young man working with a curly hair—approached me in a rude and accusatory way, asking if I planned to buy another cup. It felt completely unnecessary and uncomfortable, especially since we had already paid for two cups and also planning to pay for another cup (hence, my son trying another flavor).
This isn’t the first time we’ve had an issue with him. About a week and a half ago, we were there and I was standing inside holding an almost empty water bottle we had just paid for. My partner and son were in the restroom, and he came up to me and rudely asked if I had paid for the water. We had just bought it from the girl working before him. I offered to show him the receipt but he just said “Okay” and didn’t even apologize.
I don’t expect over-the-top friendliness, but basic courtesy and respect go a long way. We love the yogurt, but experiences like this make us think twice about coming back. Hope management addresses this.
The lady working behind the counter today did not welcome us in, she was very rude, had no customer service skills and when she wanted me to click on a tip, she rolled her eyes because I didn’t give a tip. There’s no reason for me to leave a tip if she didn’t do anything except check us out. She went in the back after that and stayed back there until after we left. Otherwise, the frozen yogurt and toppings were good.
The vibe at Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt is really fun and welcoming especially for kids. I loved how you can choose any flavor you like and customize your cup with a playful mix of colors and toppings. Even the spoons and little details around the shop make it feel extra special and creative. While the yogurt itself was average in taste, the overall experience and cheerful atmosphere make it a great spot to visit. A beautiful place to enjoy a treat, especially with kids!
Overall not a great experience. The fresh toppings were all missing, this was around 7pm. What? Some flavors were out, floor was dirty, machines not wiped, the young workers just standing behind the desk chatting with their friends instead of tidying up the place. Skip this one
Poor customer service. Will not return.
Do not eat here if you have allergies to nuts, wheat, or fruits.
I worked here for a brief moment and they do not take the proper measures to divide allergens. They use the same rags to clean and don’t properly close and divide the toppings with allergens. Consistently I see they would not toss out food that had direct contact with nuts and gluten. They do not clean or sweep the back rooms leading the caked on froyo and grime. They do not clean the bathroom door handles or hand rails. And they do not have safe dress code, not requiring non slip shoes. I have seen the assistant manager and owner both have very poor customer service and the filled trash bags be kept right next to the cups you get your froyo served in. This place is run poorly and is not where I would recommend anyone with allergens to go. Please don’t risk it.
You can definitely try for something different. Its reasonable along side great for mix matching your stuff and making new flavors.
Came here for the special event bring your Stanley cup fill for $10. It was great! Staff was terrific, cleaning and made sure sample cups were refilled. My favorite flavor continues to be original tart.

Watch your kids to make sure the cover fits when you get the $5 special. The cashier commanded me to put the bowl on the scale and charged me the full price (around $17). I called the owner and he says he has gotten 3 calls already (not sure the time range, but assuming the same day) and says he should stop the promo... he says he's doing the community a "service" by offering such a deal and that I am greedy for trying to take advantage and not noticing the sign (note that this wasn't me but my daughter's).

Mid flavors.
Terrible experience! Long time customer that was belittled for giving feedback.
The 2 people working behind the counter on 11/4/24 on the Bothell-Everett Hwy were completely rude and need a lesson in customer service. Please make sure you tell folks or better yet put a sign up if all of your machines aren’t working. Especially when you acknowledged it hadn’t been working all night. When I gave this feedback, I got the look of death, was told I needed to pay and was asked why I was being rude!!! Of course I paid but was so taken back that I told them told them they were actually being rude and that they can throw my cup away. Never again. It’s called feedback, ever heard of it? Unbelievable!
Great environment, delicious frozen yogurt. Good customer service.

My teenage daughter went in for $5 Menchie Monday she came home with 2 yogurts and was charge $34.20. Her receipt says 2 - 39oz yogurt $31.20. When I called to talk to a manager I was told there wasn’t a manager that I could speak to. The girl was very rude and did acknowledge she overcharged my teenager but was unwilling to correct it. During the conversation with the owner they said I should not have sent my daughter that has some special needs to get the yogurt, I have never been more offended in my life. At the time of purchase the girl at the counter said she was going to charge for 3 yogurts, which is fine, but was actually charge full price for 2. The owner was also rude and her husband made a very offensive comment about special needs people. And that I shouldn’t have sent her in to buy the yogurt. The one that was thrown away was because it was melting and we were not going to pay for melted frozen yogurt, we were totally fine with paying for 3 yogurts at $5 each. The owner was not there at the time of transaction and is just going by what the rude employee is saying and not what really happened.
